Large, spacious suite. Everything was excellent, however the Chalets are located next to a railway track. The front door was a bit drafty, making for a cold floor. |

It was a great hotel for us coming from Calgary for a quick over night stopover on the way to Jasper, as it was a good price and allowed us to bring our dog. The kitchenette was a real bonus - actually more like a kitchen than a kitchenette. We'll likely suggest this hotel to friends as a good option if a bunch of families would like to have a weekend away, as well as for just our family to get out to the mountains Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order, but that couldn't be helped |

It was a big room that accomodated 6 of us for a reasonable price. The one thing I didn't like was that towels were not replenished each day or toilet paper. I had to phone and find out if we could get more and the answer was tomorrow for the towels(as the washing machine had broke). We had to go to the front desk, bring your dirty towels down to get new, fresh towels. Plus get toilet paper from the front desk as well. It was a different system. |

Cozy 3 bedrooms chalet. Do not book the railyway chalet!! Extremely loud & noisy!!! The railway was right behind the chalet..only few metres away. It was an awful night for all of us. The train came by almost every 15-30 minutes from 1230am to 7am. My mother was so disturbed by it, she literally stayed up the whole night counting how many train did actually went by. It was more than 12 trains!! What an nightmare!! |

We liked the space that the condo provided for our family to spread out in.It was clean and comfortable and the other guests were quiet which is important to me. The train tracks were directly behind and when the train came by it was loud. The couch was a wooden hard type that was not made for watching t.v. They may want to put in a normal one. |

I liked the convenience and roominess of the full condo style. It was much more comfortable for our family than just a hotel room with a kitchenette. There was pet hair all over the furniture. A pool would have been great for the kids. |

La chambre est un véritable appartement avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, y compris lave-vaisselle. Décoration agréable, Salle de bain également très bien équipée. Les chambres en rez-de-chaussée sont sombres. |

Wir hatten eine großzügige Kleinwohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung. Für Selbstversorger bestens geeignet (Küche). Ideale Ausgangsbasis für den Besuch der kanadischen Rocky Mountains. Die Bahnlinie führt direkt am Hotel vorbei. Wenn es auch nur 3 Züge in der Nacht waren, ist das sehr störend... |
