Clean and large room Good queen size beds Great bathroom with bathtub and hot waters Kitchen looks good (although we didn't use that on this travel) There is a refrigerator so we can contain some drinks Free washing and drying machine and ice generator (they are in the first floor) Wi-Fi was working good (but in slow speed - 1.5Mbps) Provide great facilities at affordable prices
No housekeeping We should go down to the front desk to change the used towels No services to clean room during this travel Little far to the entrance of underground But good in overall!
Wifi was very slow and stopped working sometimes
We were out for a shoppting spree and the location was great. Also good, comfortable beds and a lovely, complete kitchen, i.e big fridge !
Would have prefered more comfortable seating area for 4 people...
-Living area and bedroom were both spacious. -Kitchen had all of the tools and accessories that you need to cook and reheat food -Comfortable couch and chair in living room -Friendly staff who were very accommodating and caring -No noise from the street -Very close to Chinatown, St. Catherine's St, and other attractions.
-The bed was terrible, like sleeping on the floor. I had to put a pillow under my back to wake up comfortably. - The bath tub isn't flat. The sides of the floor angle in and it caused me and my wife to slip a couple of times.
Very good value for money. Free washing machines and dryers. Free gym. Free use of computers and printer. Free DVDs to borrow. More homely than a hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Our room had a beautiful view of \old Montreal. All of the staff were really helpful and made us feel at home. I would recommend this hotel.
On site parking. Staff was excellent.
Room smelled terrible. Carpet felt and looked dirty. Room was too hot. Hard to find temperature adjustment. No material about local sites, restaurants, etc. Cable TV kept cutting out.
Great service/ the room is spacious and cozy. The price is not bad at all for the location.
The hotel needs some renovations.
room to move, all mod-cons,great bed,
traffic noise, having to change elevators to get to car park, being woken by fire alarm (glad it works though)
Car parking was very expensive
Good location, handy to Metro. 15 min walk to Downtown area Staff very courteous & helpful Spacious , well furnished accommodation. Well equipped kitchen , full cooking facilities . Good Wifi
Traffic noise at night, not unreasonable though given the location .
The bathroom was very clean and love the kitchen. I also appreciated for the time I was there that people did not make too much noise on my level. I had a fair good sleep. Now, as for the clerk at the reception desk, I was impressed with the service because he or they took the time to answer all of my questions. Thank you for it.
Had a bit of a problem to find where your parking space was but after a few turns here and there, I finaly found it.
near China town, with great restaurants. Near old Montreal and only a few bus stops from the center of town.
- having a kitchen is perfect. Helps a lot - wifi good -I needed to print my boarding pass and the internet's computer was fast and there weren't a charging for print it. -you can buy the sightseeing tour in the hotel
Good location near China town, very convenient to get the airport bus，free washing machine.
WIFI a little bit low
The room was nice. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The parking was too expensive; it should have been included in the room price.
The location is fine, not the best. If you are in Montreal just for leisure, this is not the best choice. Because the place is desinged for long stays. For example room service is only once during the stay. The place generally was really tidy . The sheets and towels were really clean and available whenever you wanted. Tv channels were plenty and good. Room temperature was really good. There was plenty of room for just one person. Again, you should look at the place as a long stay not only a hotel for a short stay.
1-internet connection was a big problem. My mobile (iphone 5s)phone wouldn't recognise the network easily and every 15 minutes it was like I had to connect again. Regardibg the laptop it was worse because a disturbing page would pup up every 5 minutes saying that you are still connected!!! 2-my reservation was for a non-smoking room and when I hot there I asked to change it to smoking, and they said I have to wait for an hour! Since I already was in a 20 hour flight I was really tired and I counted every minute, after an hour no body came .so again I went to ask if my room was ready, turns out it was ready!!!! 3- there is no concierge in the building , you have to bring your own stuff in and out, and the trollies were not working really fine. 4- smoking level always smells like 40 people have just smoked!! But it is only for the corridors not the room. 5-when I got there, there was only soap in the shower and I thought that's the way it is and there is no shampoo in the service. But after room service they put a shampoo for me. So if you didn't have one, ask for it. 6-while cooking you might experience bad smell all over the place.
It was like home away from home. Kitchen was well stocked. Even microwave popcorn! Beds were clean and very comfortable. Wonderful shower. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
nothing bad to say, house keeping should be done daily, atleast bedsheet and cover
- convenient location downtown, close to two metro lines - great value for a suite. Our 3-year-old won't sleep in the same room as us, but we didn't need anything too luxurious. - kitchen had everything:pots, pans, dishes, corkscrew, can opener, etc. and it was meticulously clean -free wi-fi. The signal wasn't any more unreliable than elsewhere. -Tv's in both main room and bedroom.
- had trouble with the cable on the tv. Never got it too work, but we didn't ask hotel staff about it either. -fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and we we're expected to evacuate 9 floors down in the cold at 4 am. Hotel staff said this was due to minor fire. -sofa bed was broken. Again I didn't mention this to staff. We were always distracted on our way out and forgot about it when we came in again.
Location is good, close to downtown, if you have a car you need to pay $22 + tax ,total $25 a day for parking,no option. good selection of TV channels
Toilet and Fridge were leaking, one of the burner wasn't working, not enough kitchenware, we have to ask for chairs, rooms need to be check before customs going in. Room need to be updated.
Smell in laundry room
Staff was responsive and requests for maintenance or extra towels or a few other things were met promptly. Facilities are nice, one bedroom suite was very pleasant and comfortable. Location was very near Old Montreal.
Nothing bad to say.
It was nice having a kitchen. Bed was comfortable.
In order to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, the air conditioning unit had to be kept on high pretty much all the time. As it was an external air conditionner, the noise was excessive and the air was extremely dry (I did not have a single good night's sleep). I was there for 4 days and got no room service. They provided 1 towel for shower purposes. The kitchen also had very few dishes and almost no utensils. Finally, I paid only slightly less than my regular rate at a full service 4.5 star hotel in Montreal. All in all, I will not be returning to this hotel.
