Great view (14th floor), nice large studio apartment, big bathroom, very friendly staff, access to free laundry and gym.

Great rates. Excellent location, very central. Close tio the Old Port, Congress Center, St-Denis Str, St-Laurent Str. And Ste-Catherine Str. Room was very clean. Friendly staff. They let me keep my car in the underground garage even after check out without charging me for it (weather was bad). Felt very secure, you had to have your keycard to acces the rooms, lift, and garage. Ther is no restaurant in the hotel, but you can go at Holliday Inn wich is next door or to one of the many restaurants on Ste-Catherine Str. Will definitely go back when in Montreal. Highly recommended!

Large comfortable apartments

We were given a studio instead of a one-bedroom apartment that we had reserved. Upon review, the mistake had been made by Booking. The staff quickly corrected the mistake.

it is in a very good location just near china town, main streets , shopping centres and restaurants.

receptionist were not so friendly rather very were serious.

we liked the combination of a kitchen and a separate bedroom and that both rooms had tv. The kitchen was spacious and had almost everything you needed. also small details as dishwashing soap, garbagebags, kitchentowels etc

the a/c was very loud and in the big kitchen was only one pan (when we asked for more we got 2 extra cooking pans but no frying pan)

Price was good considering we stayed in a one-bedroom suite, but it was smaller than it looked on the website. Parking was convenient, although only one elevator connects to it. Fairly central location (to downtown core / Old Montreal, Chinatown) if you don't mind walking 10-20minutes.

There was one review (on Tripadvisor.ca) where the room given wasn't as booked and I thought it'd be a one-off; unfortunately, it happened to me. I had booked the One-Bedroom Suite, but our initial room was a "Studio" (just one room, one bed, without separate bedroom). Front desk wasn't very helpful and placed the blame was on me for booking online. However, when I showed them the reservation confirmation from my phone, they did give a new room but wasn't apologetic, just "didn't know why our system showed the wrong room". Onto the room.. air conditioning unit was very dusty and wasn't working properly - seemed like it was just a fan and not "air conditioning". Also, control dial was broken so couldn't adjust "hi - low" setting. A/C didn't have a connecting vent to the main bedroom either. Room should've been cleaner. I will not be staying here again. Considering the problems, I can't even recommend this stay as "good value". Be warned, call ahead of time to confirm you'll be getting the room you booked!

The towel situation

Very spacious & well located. Very good price.

AC is in living room and bedroom is not well cooled.

I liked that it is near to the metro station. I liked the Internet speed.

Es war zentral gelegen. Vom Flughafen sehr einfach zu erreichen. Nahe an Metros und Busstation

Chambre bien équipée et très propre avec tout le confort en ce compris cuisine et matériel de repassage. Le personnel à l'accueil est serviable. Cet hotel étant prévu pour les séjours de longue durée, le ménage complet n'est effectué qu'une fois par semaine mais des serviettes et des draps sont disponibles à la réception et une vide-ordures se trouve à chaque étage.

O quarto era excelente amplo, claro e com todos os acessórios para cozinhar e o pessoal do hotel também era muito gentil.

Para nós foi muito estranho a arrumação do quarto ser apenas semanal, ou seja, ficamos 3 dias sem ninguem limpar o quarto nem trocar as toalhas nem roupa de cama. Tínhamos que pegar toalhas limpas, sabonete e o que mais necessítassemos todos os dias na recepção. Este foi realmente o único fator ruim deste hotel. Somente recomendaria este hotel a alguém explicando este fato.

Très bonne situation proche de deux lignes de métro. Arrêt de la navette Aéroport (747) au pied de l’hôtel.

Pas de petit déjeuner car suite, mais possibilité de petit déjeuner à l'hotel Days Inn à côté.

Rock-hard bed Basic bedding On-site "store" selection was awful, might as well not have anything. But toiletries are welcome. Tired property, looks like an old apartment building converted to a hotel on the cheap. If you need a good bed and/or SOME sense of luxury while travelling, look elsewhere.

Quarto espaçoso muito bem organizado com cozinha bem equipada.

A atendente da recepção chamada Jennifer é muito grossa e não atende os clientes com delicadeza. O atendimento dela foi péssimo.
