Very restful and breakfast was good considering delivery constraints.
My 9 year old son loved sleeping in a tree house. We were truly up in the trees! Very quiet and peaceful. Only sounds were the babbling brook. Felt like we were away from it all yet close to parks and hiking trails and the whales. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Running water for a shower but a dry toilet which took some getting used to. cabin is very functional, lots of windows to enjoy nature.
Too expensive, too hot in the cabin.
Staying in a tree house was wonderful compared to renting a hotel room. It was quiet and we had a great night sleep on a good mattress. The staff respected our privacy and a delicious breakfast of warm rolls, jams, honey and granola yougurt was quietly delivered to our door in the morning.
We stayed at one of the cabins that had a neighbour. Would have prefered not to have to close the curtains. Maybe planting a few evergreens between them will help. The composting toilet took getting used to but you are in a treehouse in the forest and compared to an outhouse it was acceptable and surprisingly functional.
Too expensive for what it is.
Everything, even the trek to each cabin. The cabin is very well designed, so much in a small space. A lot of thought has gone into the design. I don't understand the 7.7 rating, it's wonderful.
The mosquitoes! But they are everywhere in Quebec, mosquito coils are supplied but bring repellent.
The floor was not clean. The fact that we had to carry our things a long way from the car parking.
