Location - 5 minutes walk to Parliament buildings, National Arts Centre, and departure point for 'Hop On, Hop Off' bus, Rideau Canal cruise. Temperature of water - lukewarm most of the time, and cold on the evening of May 16, 2013. Noisy - sound travels through ductwork, and conversations from other rooms were audible. Elevator was adjacent to room, and could be heard.

Excellent situation Old but very nicely renovated hotel Very polite and friendly staff Quiet environment and comfortable rooms I would recommend it for short business stay and city tourists It would have been better if offering free breakfast

Walking distance to Parliament Hill. I'll still go here on my next visit ...good weekend overnight stop. Parking option and my bed inside the room (rm 500) is placed besides the Aircon unit w/c makes look like a human filter .... Don't go here on a weekday .. Parking plus construction site noise.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and neat rooms and toilet. Bathroom floor does not close. The sheets for the extra bed were not clean.

Location is great near Parliament Hill and Rideau Centre and bus stops. Good place to stay for city trips. There is the Hop on Hop Off Tour Bus of Ottawa kiosk nearby. Room access card demagnetized easily that I had to go up and down the reception to reset it back.

Staff very helpful and accomodating:-) my bill when i checked out instead of paying only 386it was 400+ because imy room was made up for 2 days. I think it is a part of my stay or the very least i should have been given a heads up

the room was less than basic, very old furnitures, old bathroom, ceiling plaster falling on the carpet in the room so the deluxe queen room was really not what expected!

It was our pleasure staying in that hotel. We liked the location and it was comfort. If you are a visitor staying there you can save much time and gas because you can visit most of the places just walking.

So much room for our family of 6. We had a leaky faucet that didn't get fixed. We heard it through the night. There was a group of loud young people down the hall. The parking was ridiculous!

The service, location, and value for the executive suite. The balcony and affordable parking was a bonus! Dated carpets, counters, and decor. Slow elevator. But the positives far outweigh the negatives. Great stay. Will recommend.

Convenient location with a fair price. Not over luxurious but certainly more than comfortable. We would return. Everything was good. Beds could have been a little more comfortable but they were certainly more than adequate.
