Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. If I really wanted to be picky I guess I could complain about traffic noise.

overall everything was good. I usually don't like staying at motels that have the open concept because of people who would hang out in the parking area and make noise. Are location was quiet and we had a view of a pond from our window.Everything was there that we needed. Staff where nice. Breakfast snack was fresh. The quietness of the place is a big thing with us.

Great motel staff very friendly and the room was very clean I would highly recommend for a stay in saint Catherine's or niagara Proximity to highway could put some people off but it was quiet and made getting on the QEW easy

This was our 2nd time staying here. It's very easy to find. Very friendly and helpful staff. They take pride in their property, have put thought and effort into maintaining green space between them and the concrete/asphalt around them! Rooms are very clean, comfortable and pretty quiet despite proximity to the highway. If you're a birder: 2nd floor rooms along the 'creek' have good views of waterbirds below.

Excellent room. Very friendly manager (Mary). Would have preferred a fuller breakfast facility (not necessarily hot), rather than just pre-wrapped pastries and fruit juice.

Staff very helpful, friendly. The room was large and comfortable with a sofa and a dining table and chairs. Great TV. Nice to have snacks in the A.M. The view of the river was nice to have.

Close to main highway. Very friendly people. Not their fault, but the battery in the smoke alarm had not been changed for some time and it started to peep loud every 20 seconds but the manager came and installed a new one.

Great location. Very clean. Room heat/cool control worked well and room had a coffee maker,hair dryer, shampoo and other basic toiletries. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

The room was not quite as uninteresting as many hotel rooms; it was very clean, pleasant. Bed was really comfortable. The coffee pot did not function. The tub tap was very hard to turn off so it did not drip. Small matters in an otherwise outstanding value.

We have stayed at the Capri Inn a few times previously and we always come back. The Capri Inn is amazing! From the wonderful welcome we receive upon check-in to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom and then there is the amazing view of the river and all the wildlife that surrounds it, not to mention the value/price for how beautiful the room is. We always recommend the Capri Inn to everyone we know and we will definitely be back!

The room was very clean. We liked the CLEAN, fluffy, white towels. The bed was comfortable. In the midst of a snowstorm the owner plowed the parking lot and kept the doorway free of ice and snow.
