VERY FREINDLY wifi was free
JUST NEEDS UPDATES
No deadbolts or additional locks; only the door handle with a push button lock on the inside.
Location was perfect for where we wanted to be.
Restaurant in motel closed. Needs some renovations
Great price and location plus great staff would stay again.
The most disgusting motel we have ever stayed at. After having specifically requesting a non smoking we were given a room that reeked of cigaret smoke. The wall paper was peeling off the wall, walls had holes in the gyprock from people putting their fist through it. Bathroom ceiling was falling in. Bath tub had Mold in the corners. There were blood stains on the floor. Garbage was strewen on the door step. When motel management was confronted with these issues they were treated with total distain. We have pictures to support these claims should anyone wish to see them. My reccommendation would be to remove this establishment from any further advertising opportunities. The entire experience was discusting. It was late in the evening when we checked in so we're not able to get alternative accommodations. Should have slept in our car.
Really liked the overall look of the hotel, so...full of character! Staff extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are good size despite they need some updating or just TLC. Plenty of restaurant 10 minutes walking (good pace) from hotel. Bed are comfortable and silent. God size bed and loved the hard mattress! Will definitely stay again!!!
friendly if you could find someone I must say it was quiet
No coffee in the morning No plug for my tub and no one around to get one Needs major updates You could spit through the towels Smelled of East Indian food in the room and out but no food for visitors
Easy to get on the hwy from this hotel.
Never anyone at reception desk. Bathroom floors dirty with hair. Smelled like food when you walked in. Never told about WiFi.
I could not stay at this hotel. As I waited for someone to come to the registration desk, a couple came from their room with photos of mold in the bathroom and stated that the room was not clean. Due to an overt allergy to mold I told the registrant I could not stay.
Sanitary napkin behind night stand Moldy peanut next to bed Mold in bathroom ceiling
Excellent Location; Very good service
We had 2 rooms. Both cleaned very nicely. A functional hotel for an overnight stay. Air con was very effective.
One room reeked of cigarette smoke and the windows don't open to clear it. Dated furniture and appliances although everything worked ok.
Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. The hotel was available.
Hotel ran out of hot water. Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Television was out-dated. 4 of 6 light bulbs were missing in the bathroom. Bathroom floor was gritty and had hair and black mold accumulated around the edges. Doors did not have deadbolts and were very thin - you could hear everything being said if someone was talking in the hall way.
It was close to the event I was going to during the day.
I asked for a room wit 2 double beds a got 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. The bed itself was very hard and the pillow so flat it was like I didn't have any. For 94$ a night (with tax), I find that I paid waaaay too much for this room.
We reserved 3 weeks in advance and when we got there all he had left was a "smoker room". It stinked and it was pretty much disgusting.
Hotel Capri is right off the highway, so it's easy to find. The room was spacious and the bathroom was big also. The bed was very comfortable. The owners are a couple of friendly brothers originally from India. I spent quite a bit of time chatting with them at the desk. When I mentioned that I didn't have any large towels (obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff), one of the brothers immediately went and got me some nice large bath towels. Lastly it is very good value for the money.
The hotel is very dated and the decor has not been updated for decades, so it gives the place a feeling of staleness. If that doesn't bother you, it's clean and comfortable, and good value, so who cares?
The hotel is beyond dated. Upon walking into the room it smell like wet dog. I slept in my clothes as did my girlfriend because I would bet that the bed weren't clean. If it wasn't because we literally had no other options I would never have stayed there and never will.
Great customer service and comfortable beds,
Water in showers did not get very hot
Great to experience the countryside of Montreal
Hotel is old and run down
Proximity of event.
Very basic, look like a cheap deserted hotel.
clean, big rooms
