Excellent view of the ski hill....bonus was the snowboard jump was constructed right in front of our patio.Birdseye view for the competition and the same for the concerts! Location was just so great for ski access, village strolls, store runs, restaurants..can not beat it! Ski lockers downstairs.

No staff...have to go across street to get staff, no hot tub, pool or amenities. Jet tub in bathroom made up for lack if hot tub. It did not bother us too much as we were aware of it but know it is above one of the busiest bars in Whistler so night time noise from music is noticeable and faces skiers plaza so the sound stage and concerts do occur outside your window.

The location and layout of the rooms.

The price :) Seriously, I stayed a couple of nights in rm 207 which faces the mountain but then had to move to another room facing the village. it was pretty loud with all the mutants yelling from about 11:00 - 3:00 but there is not much you can do about that.

    Location

304 was advertised as new remodel and was worn. Couch was worn out. Kitchen wasn't stocked, pans were old worn Teflon, no casseroles or basic utensils. Only clean every three days and when they did dirty towels were not removed and new ones were not provided. If you called they responded but didn't always have what was needed.

    Excellent location.

This unit was very dated for the price. It had a huge living area but the bedrooms were extremely cramped. And being above the longhorn cafe it was very noisy.

Location can't be beat. Plenty of power outlets. Great view.

Our Bronze Suite was very dated. Window handle was broken off so it couldn't be closed from inside. Bath/shower know was broken, making use difficult. Other finishes falling apart. Booking.com should also advise that housekeeping only comes every three days.

Location was great for quick access to the mountain and in the hub of the action for the Village atmosphere.

Was too close to the noise from the bars/clubs near by and extremely noisy after hours making sleep very difficult until after 3:00AM. Updating Hotel Windows may cut down some of that offensive noise.

    Location great. Nice apartment

The noise. We had to wear earplugs every night. Drunks from the bar as well as ski machines at night beeping.

Stayed in unit #306. Very cozy one-bedroom suite with warm furnishings. Check-in at Sundial Hotel was easy and efficient.

Check in sign/direction s/b posted at outside of Carleton lodge NOT next to the elevator inside where new guests unable to view (due to unable to enter glass door without key pad). We have to walk around, look for check-in counter or sign, unable to find instructions and go to restaurant and asked. Then restaurant staff told us check-in counter located at Sundial next door.

Mattress could be updated. Unit is dated with antlers on the wall and old furniture style look.

    location

"Penthouse" condo was outdated, and practically nothing worked. washer did not work and inconvenienced us greatly. Dryer was also not dependable. microwave would not work if you used the dishwasher at the same time. staff did not talk to each other so if one promised something, it was not followed through. would NOT stay here again. Why would booking offer such accommodations?

Location was very central at the base of the mountain and a walk out the downstairs doors your right into the mix of pubs and great food.

Couldn't find the checkin location. Found the Carleton fine but there was no lobby. Nowhere on my booking did it say to check in at a seperate hotel. Annoying while packing luggage all over the village. Also no housecoats. Two towells for a couple days plus stay and no cork screw. The hotel suite was brutally hot and it was raining out so at the fourth floor this room collected heat of the building. No air. Rigged the fan into a small bedroom window to suck incool air so we could sleep.

No air conditioning!! Slat missing in the blinds, room too light at night, even with curtains closed. Beds way too soft. Very noisy... Partiers kept us awake until 2a.M.

Located right in the village. Affordable.

Dirty - there was hair everywhere and what looked a lot like dried boogers on the bathroom wall. Loud - the unit we stayed in (#208) is located very close to street level and is extremely loud all night. Check-in was painful as there is no indication from booking.com that you don't check in at the lodge itself. We had to search around and finally visit the tourist information center before learning we needed to check-in at the Sundial hotel. That sort of information is very important.
