Carriage House Inn  

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Great facilities, fair price. Everything you need from a hotel.

The room was small and had to climb over the bed when someone was sitting at the desk.

Staff were quick to address concerns.

Our original double queen room did not have a bath tub. Just a shower.

Wonderful front desk people...did their best to meet our needs! Also the food was excellent in restaurant .The waitress in the lounge was fun and the free drink was a nice touch.

The pull out couch bed wasn't very comfortable. Next stay we would be sure to book queen beds. Loved the Kuerig in the room,but am not a fan of Starbucks coffee.

I liked that the location was very good. close to places to eat and shopping.

Nothing was complimentary. Everything was pricey. The rooms are quite small. There is no bathtub and the bathroom is tiny with a poor layout. It was quite noisey. The tv in the room was horrible. Paid 13 for a movie that i could hardly watch. The staff was also not very helpful. Our curtains had stains and i found hair in my bed while going to sleep that was not mine. The room had a fridge but no microwave.. Probably because they wanted more of your money so you ate the hotels food.

Close to venue that I was attending, The Ranchmans. The room was very good over all & the atmosphere very friendly as it was New Years Eve. The parking was perfect & the new addition to the front entrance is both impressive & functional.

I do believe it is against the law to photocopy someones drivers license & feel that if you want a photo of someone then you should have some sort of device at the check-in desk to do that with each customer & file it on a computer. The only people who will get to handle my drivers license are the proper authorities who have issued it to me, identity theft is very serious & can cause people a lot of grief due to untrustworthy people handling your information.

hard bed. card operated elevator. obnoxious music in lobby and dining room. outrageous prices for poor food. breakfast buffet third rate. bottled water charge in room. unsafe bath tubs (slippery surface). non-adjustable shower head. bed situated too close to wall for easy access. limited cable service. sidewalks not cleared of snow properly. parking lot not plowed.

No sure the paying for upgraded room wih cookies, turn down beds etc was worth the extra $20.00 or so. Cookies were not great - (we were not a fan of chocolate chip and thats what we go both days) and our bed was not turned down either night so we definitely would not pay extra for this service again but would stay at the Inn.

Good gym faciity and steam room

Mostly the staff! They were all wonderful. The buffet was great as well. The beds were really comfortable and we loved the peanut bar. Our server was the best.

Everything was great. Staff at the lounge were funny and most accomidating! Had a good time! ;)

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly, and my kids just loved looking at the budgies in the hallway near the elevators :)

We couldn't use the pool because it was under maintenance which was understandable but when we used the hot tub there was WAY too much chlorine and the smell was really bad we couldn't stop coughing.

The staff was professional and responded to concerns immediately. carriage Inn has their own miniature shampoos etc, a nice touch to their service.

The interior of the hotel needs renovation, outside looks better. The bath towels appeared cheap and worn. The bathrooms were extremely small and the standard rooms has stand up showers-no bath tub, a normal features of a modern hotel especially for weary travelers. Not impressed for the price and that the water was not free. There was no warning that once you use it, you will have to pay. One had to pay more to use a bath tub. We found that the hotel was very comfortable and close to all of the ammenities that we needed.Also we found that the hotel was very quiet even though the rooms appeared to be full we would definetley stay there again.Staff were great at all levels..
