Location. One of the two elevators was out of order. Cooking range was not working as well. The wireless internet was extremely slow.

Close to village stroll but a lot cheaper and quieter. Bedding was comfortable. 1 of 2 elevators was broken the entire weekend. Made getting to and from your room a nightmare. Parking was a battle to find a spot even though you paid $15 per night. Coffee maker in my room was broken. Must store skis in shop next to lobby. That's ok but the shop was understaffed so it always took a long time to drop off / pick up skis. Front desk personnel were typical Australian resort slaves who seemed to just barely able to disguise their disdain for tourists.

We stayed ther for 4 nights but during the stay, no one came and clean the room. I knew this as I checked the review before I went there. As I knew, I was fine. Given the price, I should be happy with this. It was good although the room was pretty small.

Comfortable, well-appointed room, helpful staff. I would suggest changing the brand of coffee provided... It's not quite strong enough :) Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely little room with a fantastic view of the mountains (which we requested). The room had a small fridge, dishwasher and 2 hot plates for cooking. The room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Keep in mind the room is very small with a good size flat screen tv. There is a gourmet market place in town to purchase great seafood, fruits and vegies. I recommend cooking a great meal then going out for drink in the village to save money. The dishwasher does all the cleaning up! The heated outdoor pool and 2 jacuzzis were great. From one of the jacuzzis you can see the beautiful mountains in the background. No 'real' milk in the fridge for coffee, only powdered creamers. No hair conditioners or shampoo in the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and no room service was provided to remove the rubbish or do a bit of a tidy up service which hotels normally provide. You need to pay $16 for parking each day.

The hotel staff were friendly and very accomodating. I loved the pool; it was a good size and very well maintained. I stayed with my mother and enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite, as it provided privacy and also common space.

i was surperise the way they make you sign your life away when i arrived , i signed at least 4 sheets , smoking ,noise , parking , ... and the staff werent even that friendly about it.the room too was very small and has no space at all , one of the elevators was broke the whole time i was there got the staff to smile more

Heerlijke bedden, keukentje goed ingericht, mooi en groot zwembad, goed beveiligd door gebruik van eigen codes. Parkeren redelijk aan de prijs, maar nergens anders mogelijk.

Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und trotz der "besseren Gegend" nicht so "Oberspießig" Geräuschdämmende Fenster wären prima. Im Zimmer 333 wurde ich jeden Morgen zwischen 7 u. 8 h durch die Schneeräummaschinen bzw. Mitarbeiter, die Eis beseitigt haben geweckt. Im Urlaub nicht gerade das, was man unter "ausschlafen" versteht.
