Loved the location! Easy access to shops and stores! Staff was fun and energetic and answered all questions!

Room was awesome!!! Just like an apartment. Nice, warm, carpeted all throughout. FULL kitchen - full sized stove, fridge, dishwasher, double sink, granite counter tops, all dishes and glasses were clean and cutlery and cookware was good. Coffee maker had both decaf and regular. The bed was super comfy, with tons of extra pillows and blankets for friends. A fireplace! A great balcony. Washroom was good - everything you need here the room had it. By far the best value for the money in Whistler for location and quality!!!

The shower pressure wasn't super good, but good enough. Natural soaps would be a nice benefit for washrooms in hotel's these days. Steak knives as well, as there was none but the cutlery knives were sufficient. The location was good... but it wasn't quite right dead in the mix. It was merely a half block/full block off though - and honestly that is no reason to complain I am just mentioning for all the hotels around Whistler this one was just a slip off the main grids. For the money though it's AMAZING!

The hotel is basically right in the middle of town!

Our room was very small and had dust everywhere! The curtains were caked with dust and over night we would wake up to dust covered phones... We were on the front side of the hotel and you could hear everything, the noise from people walking and people in the pool! It was a bit annoying..

The location.

The room was tiny for the price. I could hear people talking in the next room and people walking upstairs, very audibly. I've stayed in the same hotel through Worldmark many times (last month in the room right next door to our room on this most recent stay) and had more privacy and didn't have to pay for parking. The refrigerator in our room appeared to have been turned off and water leaved from the defrosted freezer onto the food we'd brought.

The location of the hotel was excellent for a short walk to the ski lifts through the town. The room was excellent, large and spacious with all the facilities needed, esp washer/dryer and fireplace. Very comfortable, clean and good value for money. A great hotel and definitely recommended.

Parking charges of 15 dollars per day seemed rather expensive on top of the cost of the accommodation.

We only liked the location of this hotel since it´s within walking distance from Whistler chairlifts and station.

We had a tiny room where all was cramped: bed, bedside tables, a small rounded dining table and the kitchenette. The bathroom was larger than it should, it takes up around 1 metre that can ease up the lack of room in the hotel room! The hotel didn´t allows to keep our ski sticks nor helmets or boots in the storage room with the skies therefore it was a worse situation in our room with all that gear plus our luggage. Housekeeping never came when we asked them to at least vacuum clean the carpet and clean the bathroom, they said housekeeping service was not provided unless we requested it which we did but didn´t come to our room until close to 5pm after repeated phone calls to front desk. The day we checked out housekeeping came at 9.30 sharp to make sure we were vacating the room! We found a danish coin on the carpet next to the bed which to us meant they didn´t clean the room properly before we checked in and not only that, they tried to charge us housekeeping service if we wanted to change to a slight bigger room!

Everything was pretty ok.

Room should be cleaned more times a week.

Check out is way too early (10am). The design was very old and all the appliances were outdated. It took a really long time to heat up the room.

What I really like at cascade lodge is the gym and the hot tub. Plus it's closer to the village.

They don't accept debit card for deposit, only cash or credit card.

Close to the bike park, easy booking and parking.

The dishwasher was not emptied and there was lots of hair on the bathroom floor. The air condition was extremely loud and the bed uncomfortable. Have been more satisfied at this hotel at a previous occasion.

The fridge that made noise at 2:30 in the morning but was replaced the following afternoon

the suite was spacious. easy to get in/out . close to the village

wish there was a container for recycling in the suite (plastics,paper, cans,glass) and composting. or even on the floor.

We only have one criticism about our 12 night stay......our room was serviced only once in that time, and it was only done then because we queried it on the 6th day! We believed our room was to be serviced every 4-5 days.

If your only there for 2 nights they should still be cleaning your room and giving you clean towels also the pools towels were so small they were like te towels

the view from both bedroom and lounge window was just great - view of the snow capped peaks. Although on corner of a main road, the road totally covered by trees, so you don't even see it. No noise or anything. The layout of the 1-bed suite was good, pretty roomy. very comfy bed and comfy sofa with cosy fireplace. two hot tubs was really good, as busy over Easter break. Very short stroll to the main square, nice to have a little stroll in the evenings, and with skis still not too far to walk to the main gondolas. so location very good, also close to 7-11 and pizza place if you happened to forget anything.
