We were very happy with hotel, the staff treated us well and we liked the fact that the hotel was close to some of the best shopping in town, and was close to where we were meeting our friends for dinner It was a little noisy on our second night, maybe more of an effort to keep track of the guest on the floor

The simplicity, and the location is at major bus/car route two computers for general internet access...and free wifi. Breakfast need to be a bit more fresh,(donuts weren't fresh enough) and there is no seating area for breakfast.

Comfortable mattress. The welcome by a young smiling people. Very expensive and not good, not very clean. Breakfast is a joke : bad coffee and bad cake in a paper box, on a little table in the entrance. The picture on the site is very different from the reality.

The room was spacious and comfortable, though this is rather an old hotel. The breakfast that was supposed to be included in the price amounted to a pastry and coffee - and you had to wait for the water heater to make a cup of coffee. In fact, the "breakfast included" is misleading - they had a couple of trays of pastries that someone had picked up at a local donut shop. Apart from that we had no complaints, though it is certainly not the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The "included" breakfast was pretty much non-existent.

Nothing, except they waved the $150 security deposit. Well the room didn't look anything like the picture on the internet, the print out I printed off of the internet never said anything about an $150 security deposit that's was mandatory. The room I stayed in room 204 was flat out totally not worth the money I paid. The place to me is a motel not an Hotel. The place seems to be alilttle out dated. We were also told we would receive an continental breakfast not a donut, literally a donut.

It is close to everything: restaurant and transportation. Everything seems quiet old: mattress, carpet, bath tub and toilet, specially the mattress. The color of the carpet and the curtain seem unmatched with the room well.

Price. That's about it. It was a little disappointing to actually see the facility vesus viewing the pictures on-line. Their website needs to be true. As the saying goes: you get what you pay for. The hotel shows its age.

- Undeground parking We stayed there for 3 nights. Our first room smelled disgusting, and the first night we found bedbugs. We immediately changed the room to another floor. The second was much better, bigger, without smell and without bugs, but the air conditioner/heater was broken.

We stayed there as the price was right and we took the bus to Metrotown to a conference we were at so we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, the room was nice and large and there was easy access to the computers. It was also quiet. We were upgraded to a king size bed. Staying at this hotel suited the purpose we were in Vancouver for. Did not see a cleaning person at any time which is unusual as you are usually falling over them but we did leave the hotel quite early in the morning. Carpet was spotless the only thing the bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade, bathroom door needed at bit of paint on the bottom part of it. The pillows were not the most comfortable and the bed slightly hard. The restaurant was closed and we were given breakfast in plastic bags which we took up to our room but that was ok.

There's this young lady. Her name is Wendy. She was very helpful and friendly. I would like to thank her for giving us the direction to get to the airport by skytrain. The room was never cleaned up when we first checked in. Overall, the cleaning service is below par. The bedsheets never changed and the carpet not vacuumed. The towels didn't seem fresh and clean. The receptionist Katrina is not so friendly. She always has that unfriendly tone of voice. Not suitable to be in the front desk!
