I would not recommend this hotel at all and it should be removed from your site. It should be had under the trade descriptions act, it is not minutes from downtown Calgary. It is in fact 5 miles, it has not spa, wellness centre or swimming pool as stated. The breakfast is served in the lobby, that is provided you dont mind sharing it with mice, as there is mouse bait everywhere. Dont stay there if you want to have a good holiday, it spoiled the last few days of ours. Please see above there was nothing I liked and I have submitted a complaint. |

Good location for travelling in and out of city from west and east.Large room. Good to have a fridge and microwave Noisy location. Poor breakfast - served in the hotel looby which was busy and somewhat tatty area. Did not like the many dogs around (owned by guests and staff).Deceptive advertsising when "breakfast" was included in the price. Only bagels and muffins were provided. Bed was soft and unsupportive. |

The bed was very good and the room was very quiet even though it is on a major highway. The breakfast was not good: just a table at the reception with some packaged breakfast items, stale coffee, no tables to sit. |

Hotel staff are courteous and friendly. Rooms are not cleaned very well; carpets are dirty; rooms are not sound-proof and conversations from the adjoining room, if any, can be heard clearly; in general the hotel is very noisy; even though they are supposed to provide free complimentary breakfast, food often runs out whenever there is a large number of guests and no attempt is made to replenish it. |

de mensen aan het onthaal waren absoluut niet gekwalificeerd voor de job. Er hing een enorme sigarettengeur in de kamers, aangezien wij niet-rokers zijn, vonden wij dit vreselijk. Ontbijt hebben we gewoon overgeslagen en zo rap mogelijk uitgecheckt! |

Situé sur la hwy est assez facile a trouver lorque vous arrivez la première fois à calgary Le petit déjeuner est assez simple, il faut s'en conteneter car ilm n'y a rien autour |

De kamers waren groot en de bedden waren comfortabel. Er was te weinig ventilatie mogelijkheden in de kamer en het ontbijt is beter te vergelijken met een snack, ipv een continentaal ontbijt. |

Le serice du personnel. Le bruit la nuit, les sanitaires médiocres, le bruit des chambres voisines, le télé phone ds autres chambres à n'importe quel moment de la nuit, les chambres coté route sont très mal isolées contre le bruit, nous avons changé de chambre après 3 nuits, ce qui fut accepté. |

El precio incluía el desayuno, pero sólo ofrecían café y algún dulce en la recepción, ni siquiera tiene cafetería. Anuncian wireless de alta velocidad y es prácticamente imposible conectarse a internet en las habitaciones. Dicen que está a unos minutos del aeropuerto y el trayecto en coche es de media hora. |

Me surpreendi com as facilidades no quarto. Além do frigobar existe micro-ondas, cafeteira elétrica, ferro de passar roupa, banheira no chuveiro e shampoo em lugar específico dentro do box. Existe ainda wireless e um micro na recepção com internet gratuita para os hóspedes. O café dfa manhã é de boa qualidade, faltando apenas algum suco de fruta e maior variedade de queijos, além de não haver mesas para se tomar o café da manhã sentado. Ou se toma em pé ou se leva para o quarto. |

vriendelijk personeel het ontbijt:speciaal om deze reden dit hotel gekozen....stond er ergens in de entree (lobby wil ik het niet noemen) een kleine tafel met daarop wat muffins en bagels. Ik heb letterlijk 20 minuten in de rij moeten staan om mijn bagel te kunnen toasten, er was maar 'e'en toaster voro de gasten....zeer slecht geregeld, dan liever geen ontbijt. |
