Craftsmanship in the cottage was very well done. Very nice spot to relax. Service was excellent.
The road in is a little rough but it is not too long.
Beautiful views Peace and quiet Well equipped cottage Great night's sleep That it was off the beaten track Owner's helpful advice Spotless cottage
That I couldn't stay longer
The Place is a bit dislocated from the anyway smal town. You reach it via a gravel Road. Once there it is very nice and People are Great.
Gorgeous apartment, very cosy and clean. Amazing view and so quiet. Would definately recommend to others.
Beautiful setting at the end of a long gravel road. Very peaceful. Ann Marie our host was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very clean, well equipped cabin
We were here for one night at a Queensize room. The room was big and lovely modeled. The staff was very friendly.
Only the Wifi was tricky. I had to put a DNS-Server manually to my config. The local was down.
The cabin was immaculate and very well-equipped for our 2-day stay. It was very comfortable for 2 couples - comfortable couches and a nice dining table. Nice and quiet with a beautiful view.
A little out of the way, down a dusty gravel road, but the gorgeous views, spotless and well-appointed cottage and friendly and very knowledgeable staff made our 2 day escape relaxing and refreshing. We didn't golf, but the 3-par course looked well groomed and challenging (first tee was uphill). I'd recommend anyone traveling to the north of Vancouver Island to stay here.
The excellent condition of the two cottages we stayed in and the attractive and quiet location.
There was no working WiFi.
We were on a three week trip around British Columbia and this was supposed to be a three night respite from a hectic schedule. It did not fail to fulfil that requirement. The quality, facilities and comfort of the one bedroomed bungalow accommodation we had was superb.
There was nothing we did not really like. It was a few minutes drive from the town but that was more than compensated for by the gorgeous view and the peace and quiet.
Very helpful manager; wonderful view; good facilities - partial kitchen as described in the booking but combination of microwave and BBQ made it possible to prepare meals; clean and comfortable.
Some issues with the bed - ok but the mattress sloped on both sides from the middle. We brought it to the manager's attention and she was going to look at it.
friendly welcome, and help given willingly when we needed it. thanks both!
the bed, quiet and the VIEW
the gravel road up to the Park which isn't mentioned in the ad
The accommodation, spotlessly clean. Cleaned daily.attention to detail . Helpful friendly manageress. Lovely surroundings. Unique wooden features in each cottage. Lovely sunsets. Peace and quiet
Would have been great to have food on site.
Nice room. Excellent hostess. Great views of surrounding water areas. Excellent free parking. Fridge and microwave are excellent. Got a very good night's sleep. Bed is very comfortable.
A bit hard to find, but our GPS took us there just fine.
Quiet and relaxing
We were pleasantly surprised by the room. The unique touches and the comfortable bed. Truly relaxed and rested while here. If in the area will stay here again.
Cedar park is to be found 2 miles of the main road but once u get there it is a perfect place for a stay if u want peace and quiet. It was ideal for us as we needed to be close to telegraph cove for a kayak trip we had booked so it was ideal for a good night sleep and a cabin with a view.
Clean, quiet, comfortable
Beautiful, quiet location. Anne-Marie was great, including taking us to see a bear on the golf course.
There is a gravel stretch of road which may be an issue for some.
Very nice accomodation A bit if gravel road was a surprise but Ok Would stay again
I can not recommend this place enough! Firstly I don't see the drive down the gravel road a bad thing, we found it quite exciting and it makes it feel like you are really off the beaten track. When we arrived we phoned Anna Marie who came to greet us, she showed us where our cabin was and leaved us to check in. The cabin was immaculate! Much cleaner than most hotels I have stayed in. It was very spacious with all the mod cons and any kitchen utensils you may need. Once we settled Anna Marie popped by to make sure we were happy with everything and let us know where the local supermarket is. Just down the road we stocked up on lots of food and drink and settled on the balcony with a beer. (There is also a BBQ should you wish to use it) within a hour we saw a mother bear and cub walk past!! Incredible!! Black bears keep themselves to themselves so we didn't feel threatened, and they stayed over the edge of the park. Everyday the cabin was cleaned with fresh towels. This really is a hidden gem and I was so sad to leave. I highly recommend this and hope to come back one day. Thank you Anna Marie for making us feel so welcome!
A 4 mile washboard gravel road to get there. slow internet, having to drive 5 miles to eat. Bed very hard
perfect spacious accommodation fully equpied for holiday
maybe for someone possible problem to find it
Although you have to travel about 3 km down a dusty gravel road to get there, it is worth it. Cedar Park Resort has manicured grounds and friendly staff/owners. Our accommodation was a 2 bedroom duplex cabin which was very clean and it had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Playing cards were even provided. The atmosphere was casual and relaxing. I would stay again and I recommend the resort.
