Easy to get to Reasonably priced Air conditioned room Plentiful supply of things at breakfast
Double glazing was full of condensation Stains on the carpet Holes in the wall Burn marks on laminate around sink Toilet seat broken Tiles around bath were dirty Torn blanket Extension leads used to plug in appliances No wifi in rooms
Staff were caring and efficient Room was spacious Room was clean and bathroom was very clean
Surrounding noise Not much selection for breakfast
The entire setting of the hotel along with the staff
The breakfast could be more than just tea and coffee need more than that but good overall
The staff is great! The facilities need a major upgrade.
lack of cleanness. under the beds are so derty. around the swiming pool was so derty and unwashed. elevators often out of order. breakfast was annonced as continantal but far away from that and without jam or honey.
Elevators not working, not good when on 5th floor. Had to carry rollator down stairs on way to hospital at 6:00 am
quality vs price
- breakfast is a joke.
Location Price!! Staff were very helpful and friendly
We had to ask for more pillows even though the reservation was for 4 people. The pool was not available so that was disappointing.
Noise on the top floor
it's one of the most affordable near the Toronto City. It also has a swimming pool. But staying with a family (bnb) may cost less.
There might be people talking late at night. You can hear it because rooms are all facing a central atrium.
Location was great, close to everything, peaceful night...
Staff was friendly and helpful, facilities and room were great for the money.
It was a bit too far from the city and the microwave wasn't working well but, anyhow minor stuff for the price paid.
Price Nice and quiet, for sleeping
Needs a refresh and a good clean Water stains on ceiling & walls When plugging in our phone, the dust behind the night table was awful
the pool is not open all day... or for morning
Gut a new room when toilet overflushed
No wifi in rooms, just on ground level in the check-in area Toilet overflushed Breakfast room was dirty, just bagels and cornflakes for breakfast
We were in TO for the weekend to take the kids to the zoo. The location was perfect for that since it was minutes from the zoo. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it's right off the 401. The staff were great, the included breakfast was decent (bagels, cereal, juice, coffee, tea), the pool was clean and nice.
The beds weren't the most comfortable, but it was pretty much what I expected.
first, upon arrival our reservation could not be found. it proved that somebody did not moved the reservation from one folder to the daily arrivals. i took 15 min to solve the case. the accomodation is in a kind of dorm wirh lot of students. the first night was ok, but the second was a dissaster. a party i adjacent room until 3 am, despite 3 phone calls to reception and secuirty staff, trying to calm down the people for 45 min. what a mess. also the walls are not existig, thin, you can hear everything. pool open only few hours from 6PM. why? no wifi in the rooms, only wired interent. we checkout after the second night of planned four. if you don't need to go there stay away. we checked in cross the street int holiday inn express. same price, what a difference.
- university/college residence
It was a great location and accessible to highway. You had free parking and they offered a continental breakfast. There was a fridge & microwave in the rooms and a laundry facility.
As it is a college residence there was not always staff available to help. The heating / air conditioning in the room was outdated so room quite hot.
The pool inside it was heated
Small rooms and sometimes loud students outside talking loudly which is what young students do. It however interupts your sleep at 2 in the am.
room had a smell went to the desk and tld them. They tld us the would bring up an air fresher I tld them I wanted to check out then cause that was my only option at this point due no other available rooms and due to them thinking glade air spray would solve the problem. They did however refund me money so I could go else where
Value for our money. We only needed a place to sleep and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.
