Score from 1411 reviews Good
Location, service, kitchen facilities.
Unreliable wifi, beds were on the hard side and pillows were too overstuffed for a side or stomach sleeper, the shower was also very weak.
Clean with nice restaurant and swimming pool. Great price
very polite staff comfy big rooms! good location close to transit. Bob & Joyce parksville
Location & cleanliness was good, staff were helpful.
A few chips & dents in the walls suggest the hotel could use sprucing up to command the prices of the rooms .Unfortunate that the main dining room was closed for renovations but we weren't notified of that when we booked. Would not have stayed if we knew; would not stay again.
Good location beds were comfy
Poor wifif connection on 11th floor Tv wasn't good quality
Location and price
Woman at reception was indifferent and not particularly welcoming. (Everyone else was fine) Construction noise on road below was very loud and when we commented on it and suggested that they they try not to place guests on the Lower floors on that side all that same woman did was shrug. She definitely shouldn't be in guest relations
pretty soild all round
Staff helpfullness and freindliness
The great maid service, and the green credit for the restaurant.!!!!!
the second cup of coffee for $ 1.60 ??
Great location. Undergoing renos to kitchen had a HUGE suite with king bed which was impressive. Yes many of the finishings were aged... Worn... Etc... But I believe for less than 150 a night in downtown Vancouver this can be let slide
Room on 21st floor with views of city. Comfortable and kitchen facilities excellent, with wonderful food store just minutes way.
Struggled to use my iPad due to wifi being unresponsive or ver slow
Great hotel very clean great big rooms, has everything you need! Nice staff too!
Right next to a hospital, some very dodgy people were hanging around! But that's not the hotels fault.
Good location, this is the drop-off place of the coach from Whistler. Friendly staff. Room with views to City and sea. Close to Stanley Park and Aquarium. Good value for money.
Food is average.
The room was very clean and staff were extremely friendly
The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were scratchy low thread count and my pillow was a pancake. I've never actually staying in a hotel with such terrible pillows
Cleanliness of the room
Security breaching personal information to other hotel visitors, unacceptable behaviour. Rude customer service.
Nice big room with microwave and fridge. Very comfy bed.
Location and price
Pretty much all OK. Beds a bit hard for my old bones.
Great customer service!
They were no towels provided in the pool area.
Location...like to walk everywhere. Views were incredible.
Pool area was a disaster...very disappointing.
Lots of places are within walking distance of the hotel.
No place in the hotel to get breakfast. Nice coffee shop but so busy.
Great location, price and room size.
The supervisor told us we could be loud during the day, yet during the day other staff threatened to kick us out and we weren't even being loud. New staff or policies need to happen.
The staff was very nice, very professional, and eager to please.
I had to change rooms 3 times. In my first room, the wifi didn't work at all; in my second, several outlets had been mysteriously ripped out of the walls. The hotel is cheap but shabby: scratchy sheets, mismatched decor, stale carpets, etc.
The bathroom and kitchen require updating
Basically that I was left alone but given help when required. The coffee shop downstairs has lovely staff and makes very good salmon and avocado sandwiches. The wifi worked and I also found the clean washing facilities on Level 5 very useful. I would stay there again.
