The pool and steam bath were a highlight for us as weather not good
price and location
Location, restaurant gift card was nice, as well as I site parking.
Found public hair on the toilet seat on arrival, had housekeeping come in and she cleaned the tub, had to request a toilet clean a second time. Left us uneasy about the cleanliness of the bed...Many chipped and worn out surfaces throughout, poor upkeep.
close to good area in Vancouver (Yaletown, etc.) and clean room with everything you need.
Nothing really but if I have to say something, I would say noise from the busy Burrard street as well as from other rooms as well!
Location good and also for grocery shopping. Friendly staff especially Abdulla. Nice suite.,but chesterfield and armchair getting worn and former needs cleaning. Could use another reading light in sitting room. Excellent food but costly if had no voucher. .
Problems with elevators not always working. P ool too cold but excellent size .
I arrived earlier than anticipated and a room was available for early check in. Staff was exceptional. View from our room was great. Had an opportunity to participate in program that you save $5.00 for housecleaning not being utilized every day. Had a great coffee in coffee shop. Will continue to stay at hotel.
friendly staff, reasonable rates and the opportunity to have apartment type accommodation in the heart of Vancouver - most enjoyable thank you
Very convient location, great bed, freindly staff.
The location near to the center
Noisy cause by strong winds and rain
The proximity & the staff did feel bad about our situation with the rooms. We were in Vancouver for appts. @ the Cancer Centre. We were given a $20 voucher for our inconvenience. It seemed rather insulting.
The stench of the linens in the first 2 rooms we were placed into. The bedding absolutely REEKED. The kitchen floors were dirty & had debris & there was red licorice on the living room carpet in the 2nd room we were moved to. We were in Vancouver for appts. @ the Cancer Centre & to receive a $20 voucher for our inconvenience was insulting.
We were pleased with our spacious and sunny suite overlooking the city. The staff were very accomodating and prompt, finding us take-out menus etc. An incredible value for downtown Vancouver. Really enjoyed the coffee shop, pasteries and mango gelato! The steam bath and spa were very relaxing.
Position. Size of unit. Balcony Access to pool Food
The only down side is the old bathrooms. They could do with a refresh urgently.
Beds and Mattress, Balcony
The closet was too small and the lighting was poor.
The location was great and the views were breathtaking, especially from the balcony! I had more than enough space and the room was really clean. The staff was also really nice as well.
Right next door to the event I was attending. Easy-to-find and get into. Parking $20.vouchers for restaurant &spa. The meal I had was exquisite. (vegetarian) Huge well laid out room. Great price!
Room too hot. Had trouble figuring out parking > elevator > room, a map of hotel would help since there are so many facilities.
STAFF AND LOCATION MADE IT A GREAT CHOICE
WINDOW RATTLED AT NIGHT IN HEAVY WINDS
The room was clean, quiet with a small kitchen.
The decor could use updating and the room overall renovating.
clean, good location for business trip and also to see the town, but the sound of ambulances for the nearby hospital is sometimes annoying, i used the swimming pool, good but little and too much chlorine. for eating best to cook in the room and nearby groceries and restos are convenient
they require viza card at check-in and 200 dollars insurance, i thought it will not be charged that 200 at check out, but they said they already took the full amount and some weeks later i will receive back the 200 dollars, am waiting... reception are friendly but when talking money they shift to a nervous attitude.
I liked the kitchenette and that it was clean. I liked the room size and the view from the room was breath-taking. The restaurant food was excellent, as was the service.
The beds were a bit firm, but not too bad that I couldn't sleep. Siren noise from outside was a bit much at times.
Good location - walking distance to downtown shops and harbour. Close to public transport. Room size good, kitchen facilities good. Bathroom good.
A bit noisy - in high wind the windows rattle, but main problem was I could hear shower runing in upstairs room - ok during day but at 5am woke me up.
Location, 10 mins walking distance to skytrain station, shopping centre, Also, a big supermarket right next to the corner. Besides that, you can take about 15 mins walking distance to Bay area, very beautiful.....
Vicinity to shopping and things to see and busses.
The hotel was only blocks from the concert we attended. The staff were excellent. We had an awesome time
The room was very clean. My only complaint would be the smell. There was a smell of old in our room. It was in the furniture and was pretty strong. We spent very little time there so it wasn't an big issue. But it was there and couldn't be passed.
room was okay and the location in central Vancouver was ecellent
MAJOR disappointment with half price special with BOOKING.COM...the price paid was for a penthouse but the hotel claimed it was for a regular suite. Hotel refused to refund $50 per night.... so... booking.com let me down. I will always double check my bookings in future to take advantage of sales.
