We had a chalet with a great view of the St. Lawrence. Onsite restaurant was good, and nearby hiking, boat rides added to the excellence of the site.

Furniture and appliances were low-end type. It didn't really matter, but you asked.

The location on the Saguenay, the space in the condo, wifi that worked, the deck, proximity of the restaurant, fabulous grocery store in the area, detailed maps, wonderful weather, the amazingly varied landscape in the Saguenay/ St. Lawrence area, the ferries, the discovery centers and museums.

Limited view of the river due to bushes/trees and looking out at parked cars because we were on the ground floor; too few towels- just one set per person, and they were skimpy; the noise of the shower and flushed toilet from the condo above us; the almost total lack of English spoken and understood, surprising cause we're just over the border; the lack of info available about the geology/wildlife/history of the area.
