For a small price increase over the basic rate, we got a " King " room. This is a two story room, with the bed upstairs, and a fireplace down. The weather was extremely cold, and this caused the upstairs to be too warm, while the downstairs was too cold. Nothing wrong, just weather related. |

They bed was really comfortable, and the fact that it was on 2 floors was really neat. There was not a gym, and the walls were so thin I could hear people whispering, not to mention the teenagers partying all night long next to us. The price was way too high for what you didnt get. There is no restaurant. |

We stayed in Charltons Cedar Court in September 09 and had previously stayed in Banff before so we knoew the area. The hotel has a lovely position on Banff Avenue but my only gripe was our room was small not as stated in the room synopsis. We only stayed 2 nights so it didnt matter also we were right by the stairs so everytime someone went up or down we were disturbed, also we have no view whatsoever. |

I like the loft rooms as it makes it different than any other hotel and it is kind of romantic. The ice dispenser done at the back of the parking lot wasn't making ice so needless to say we weren't able to get any ice unless we walked over to the other dispenser not far from the lobby. |

very roomy,clean,well artistic nicely furnished.don't get any noise from other rooms occupants .its quiet. room key does not work few times ,even after re-programed twice. |

no handicap capabilities...we had to go to the drugstore to rent a elevated toilet seat. They need at least 1 room that is wheelchair accessible. The walk in shower was fine but the toilet was a problem and of course, there were no safety bars. |

The location of our room allowed for a quiet night away from the noise of the street. It was also nice and cool on a very hot day and evening. The bed was super comfortable. Parking was convenient. If we had wanted a view of the beautiful mountains surrounging Banff we would have been out of luck. As it was that was not critical for us. |

Staff were friendly, room was clean, free parking. Close to everything. Right on the main street. We were in a loft suite and the air conditioning was only on the bottom level so we were boiling at night. |

THe kitchenette supplies were excellent. Beds were comfortable. THe hot tub and pool were excellent especially with kids. I thought I had booked the loft room given the number of kids and room specifications and didn't get it. Needed a cot for my third child and the hotel does not have any cots at all. Had to borrow a mattress from a relative in Banff- lucky we had one there. |

Liked they had our reservation and desk staff were friendly upon checkin The room booked on the website was horrid. Not finished construction, poor ventilation. We froze in the washroom and lounge area on "main" floor and cooked upstairs in the sleeping area...and did not sleep at all. |

The location was convenient to downtown and most admenities. We enjoyed the view as a mature deer casually strolled by. The loft suite was very nice, however, the thermostat was not easily controlable and the loft was way too hot to sleep. The fan was too loud and didn't cool the sleeping area down very much. The movie choices were good, but too expensive. |

Nous avions une suite (2 chambres avec kitchenette) pour 2 nuits, bien décorée, agréable et très confortable, de grands lits, une belle salle de bain avec sauna. La vaisselle était propre et nous avons pu aisément préparer nos repas. Le parking est couvert. La place pour le repas est cependant insuffisante pour 4 personnes. |
