we loved the room and most of all the view. Really clean and tidy. Staff were all great. Many thanks.
staff, location, size of bed room, etc
food wasn't fresh
I love the bathrooms in the deluxe rooms! Nice deep soaker tub and separate walk-in shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great location and a nice little indoor pool & hot tub.
Our bed wasn't comfortable at all and I would rate the cleanliness of our room about a 7/10.
My Wife liked the loft bedroom
No comforter on bed only light blankets . Air conditioning not adjustable had to wait until maintenance came to turn down the chill. Foul smell coming from toilet.
Because we mentioned that we had stayed at thus same facility 34 years ago on our wedding day we were treated to chocolate and champaign. Thank you so much
location was suitable
Rooms were not very nice. Other hotels have much nicer rooms in that price range.
Unique style of room
Bed and pillows are uncomfortable, LED indicator on air conditioner (located out of reach without access to a tall ladder) lit up sleeping area like a spotlight, room rattled gently at regular intervals throughout the night (source unknown).
room was too warm for sleeping
Proximity to our activities Undercover parking Pool/Hot Tub was great Continental breakfast was adequate
Noisy Loft Room, heating/AC unit was right above the bed and hummed all night. Small room with just a silly spiral staircase to get to the bathroom, very inconvenient for use.
Staff were friendly
Carpets looked they hadn't been cleaned in a year, you could hear everything from the room next door and I mean everything, and then the heater/air has a white light on it that started blinking at god knows what hour so I moved to the sofa bed only to find no bedding on it
Loved the pool and the breakfast. The staff was always there to help if i had any issues or if i needed anything. The loft was a really cool thing, loved having 2 levels. It was easily a 500 dollar room (for 4 nights). I got what i paid for.
There was a lot of things that were not working right, a lot of dings on the walls, a lot of rips in the carpet. Was kept clean but poorly maintained. The fireplace was one thing that worked when it wanted to, but half the time it didn't work. Had someone come in 3 times during my 4 day trip to try to fix it. The walls had a lot of holes in it. Carpet was coming apart.
Our room was amazing. Upon opening the door in our room, there was a wonderful lounge area, with an electric flame affect fire. Then the queen sized bed was situated on a mezzanine with access via a spiral staircase. Fridge, coffee (great coffee) making facilities, very large shower (Space for two)..All very clean....Superb. Breakfast was included and was plentiful.
Plastic cutlery at breakfast.
Great service, staff and location. My room was very comfortable, value for money and quiet.
Nice sitting area with fireplace. Convenient location, easy walk to the centre of town.
This suite wouldn't be suitable for everyone as there is a narrow spiral staircase going up to the king bed in the loft and the bathroom is on the main floor.
Everything! Huge room, very comfortable bed, huge bathroom with a separate walk in shower, excellent breakfast :-)
very friendly ,quiet and comfortable ,absolutely a pleasure to stay there
My boyfriend and I visited Banff and Charlton's Cedar Court a couple weeks ago and we extremely enjoyed our stay. The suite we lived in was very nice and clean and spacious. It was absolutely memorable.
Bed was very comfortable and large, the free breakfast was decent, we like sitting in the small sunny outside seating area. Location was fine and overall reasonably quiet.
Decor a little dated.
good clean comfy room staff friendly short walk to town
I had a very good stay. The staff were excellent and I'd return again.
Easy access to banff downtown. Although we did not cook or used the kitchenette it is complete with pots, pans and utensils.
Kinda old room, old smelly carpet, the elevator and reception is only up to 11pm. The elevator is too small too. Breakfast is just basic, nothing much to choose from. You can hardly see the main entrance to the hotel too, because we missed it. Small reception area too, i think it's because it's cabin like the structure.
Walking distance to center of town, quiet area, near restaurants. Staff friendly and always helpful.
Breakfast OK, but could use more variety.
Friendly staff, good breakfast Clean room
Quilts were very lumpy. Need new ones!!!! Coffee in rooms was not great flavour
Good location and easy to go all the interesting place of Banff. Easy for parking and access to room.
Only bread and coffee is available for breakfast.
