Charlton's Cedar Court    

The room was very nice with a big bathroom. It had a tub and walk-in shower. It was nicer than I expected, given that it doesn't look that fancy from the outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was very clean. Staff was excellent. Very helpful with areas to visit.

We had a king loft. Loved the bed but it was extremely warm upstairs. We had to turn the air on really high. It was not that warm outside. Would recommend the loft for winter stays. Could update the couch in the room.

Everything from check in to check out was a good experience. Room had a quality appeal and very comfortable.

Room set up was very unusual, actually only stayed the first night of a three night reservation. We left after the first night door locks unsafe for toddler no shower by pool to rinse off no toys or anything by pool for children no tub in room no door on the 2 nd bedroom office kept saying we needed to go through booking.com to change things they couldnt do any changes even though there were lots of other empty rooms obviously available, it did seem to be a problem and the office kept refering to our reservation as a problem because there was a 3rd party involved too dark in the hallway no view at all felt like you were in a basement once you were in the room knives in lower cupboard not even really a drawer for cutlery cold dark atmosphere when you are in such beautiful mountains you want to see them no fireplace got a better cabin for the other 3 nights with a spectacular view, wood burning fireplace, better beds and full kitchen for less than what we paid for the small, dark strange, room at Charlton Court

Well-designed split level accommodation. Pool. Plenty of covered parking. 15 mins walk from centre of Banff.

There was no plug in for computer, nor was there a chair and desk for computer.

the continental breakfast was horrible, needs to have cereals, and say pancakes, and ssay scrammbled eggs, add more food, muffins and crossiants where hard and dried out !!!

They don't have restaurant in hotel,and no room service too.pool is open ,I mean there is no privacy.anyone from road can see the guest.they don't give any information for spa.last day I saw spa that.atleast they should tell us.but food ...they don't have food inside the hotel,if I am hungry 10pm.where should I go....

Great location, bus stop near a few minutes to centre of Banff

Only cream &coffee in room,no milk or tea

We really like Banff and we really needed a vacation. We just used the pool and sleeping. It is close to walk and shop. Unfortunately the room downstairs was very noisy very early in the morning, beds were also a little uncomfortable. We will be back though.
