Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They truly go out of their way to personalize their treatment of every guest from adults to young toddlers. All the amenities are child friendly without loosing the elegant atmosphere and attention to detail. It was truly a one of a kind experience for the entire family, including my hard-to-please kids.

Nearby shops and pharmacies close at a Gerry erly hour, it would be great to expand the afternoon, night bar service to include child friendly snacks and to make first aid kits available. An added value would be to include bathrobes for the outdoor jacuzzi, especially in winter months.

The restaurant is really good and the suites are wonderful.

They are a few miles from the Mt-Tremblant ski hills, but they offer free shuttle service, so no complaints.

What an amazing experience! Will definitely go again! Great for a group of friends or family vacation.

It is a very picturesque Hotel, more like an Inn, situated a 5 minute drive from Mt.Tremblant. The hotel has a shuttle that runs to and from Mt.Tremblant at your beck and call, rooms are spacious,clean there is a small indoor pool an outdoor pool and a large exterior spa.A small bar large lounge area with 2 free access computers and large screen tv set up. A high end restaurant is also on premises.

Room was fantastic. Shuttle service to ski hill convenient. Nice amenities - pool, hottub, restaurant, bar.

Restaurant seating cramped and we were seated close to check in and entrance to restaurant and swinging door for waiters so this distracted freom our enjoyment of our meal.

rooms were fantastic. hot tub and pool area great for kids.

I think a 4 star hotel should clean the room everyday. I had to ask for cleaning service after 2 days but I think one should not have to ask. an communal BBQ in the courtyard in the winter would be a very welcomed addition.

Everything and then more that you would expect from a hotel. Staff was wonderful. Literally a 5 min drive to Mount Tremblant.

Our three bedroom suite was a very good size and we appreciated the size of the common areas of living room and dining areas. The beds were very comfortable as well!

Only one small comment and that is we would have liked to have access to robes that we could have worn to to the hot tub or pool but this is a minor issue.

Easy access to the village. Shuttle drivers very friendly and informative. All staff, reception, cleaners, drivers management went all nine yards to make our stay pleasant! Hot tub very good after all day skiing, also good for social life.

Comfortable big rooms, great location close to everything

We staid in 2-b condo. It was wery clean when we just came there. But they didn't clean the room all 4 days that we were there.

The hotel was gorgeous. The 2 bedroom suite was beautiful and had a balcony and fireplace. Definitely the best part was the outdoor hot tub that was open all night. I was really nice to be able to have a beer in the hottub (I'm not sure of the official rules, but our access cards let us into the pool and the pool was never covered and we saw other people with beer in the pool). I've never seen a place where I could use an outdoor hottub past 10, so this was really nice. The shuttle service was very helpful, too.

The doors to the bathroom and bedroom wouldn't shut properly, the latch to the door frame wasn't deep enough - But the hotel did say that would fix it after I mentioned it to them on checking out.
