Score from 182 reviews Wonderful
Close proximity to the village and always a shuttle available. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the hot tub. Enjoyed having a kitchenette 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in our unit. Attentive staff. Would definitely recommend to others. Good value for the money.
Pool, hot tub, kids had pleasure off the mountain.
Bathroom doors didn't have a lock :( If you come out to the outdoor hot tub area, you can't come back without swiping room keys, so the poor people Would get stuck outside wet in -20 degrees weather and bang on that door. We lived in a room next to it, so many times had to run to let people in. Kitchen is tiny, but equipped well.
The room was beautiful, lots of space, mini kitchen was great, two bathrooms, wall bed, pull out couch offer lots of sleeping space too. The decor was very nice, lots of wood, and location was great too, shuttle made it very easy to get to the mountain, and a valet service is offered as well. Restaurant had very good food, and the Scandinavian spa just a few km away was AWESOME as well
The staff was particularly friendly and we enjoyed the room.
spa, heated bathroom floors, cozy & modern room design
master bedroom wasnt heating properly & wasnt fixed even after requested to be fixed.
The rooms are very clean, nice pool and spa.The staff was amazing. Suzanne at the front desk was very helpful, and always smiling. We had a drink at the bar and played pool. I need to say that Sebastien the bartender made our night. Thank you to all the staff . We will be back.
The weather. :)
Our family stayed at the Chateau Beauvallon for my husband's 40th birthday celebration, and we got upgraded for free to an absolutely beautiful 2 bedroom suite, which we were really excited about (it was amazing!). They also had snowshoes which I was able to borrow, and I had a lovely walk around the nearby trails. Whirlpool and breakfast were also great.
There was some confusion about extra charges for late checkout, as initially upon check-in the staff smilingly told me that we could stay till 6pm for no extra charge, (I requested late checkout because I wasn't able to ski during the day with the rest of the fam), but the next day a different manager said we'd be charged an extra $100 (when it was too late to check out at the normal time). However, upon explaining that we'd been told otherwise upon check-in, he went to check with his manager and was then able to waive the fee, though I got the impression that he was pretty unhappy about having to do so, though he remained civil about it.
Cleanliness and newness of facility. Fireplace, Kitchenette, Included Breakfast.
We loved our room. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub.
Rooms, shuttle service, Amenities and location
Extremely rude staff
Staff is great and really taking an extra step to make your trip as good as it can be.
Dinner Resturant had small capacity and we had to take our food in the room.
The staff was welcoming and the shuttle from the hotel to Mont-Tremblant that is included with the reservation of a room is a great service offered!
Breakfast was great! Loved the coffee/hot chocolate machine. Fireplace was nice to have.
Indoor pool was small and not quite warm enough for me but my daughter (4 y.o.) liked it:)
The rooms were large enough for our whole family (3 kids, parents). The ski shuttle was convenient, we had an easy time getting to/from the slopes. The hot tub was very large and great at night.
everything except the wifi, which is quite slow.
The hotel was beautiful and so close to the pedestrian village. We had a two bedroom suite and each couple had their own bathroom. It was spacious and so clean!
The room was very hot and we could t figure out how to get the air conditioner to work.
The room is quite smaller than how it looks on photographs.
A suite for the price of a room. Better than usual breakfast included. Setting is quite and beautifully.
Very cold but no one at the door to assist with baggage. Not usual to have to wrestle with luggage in a 4star Hotel/Country Inn.
The room was really comfortable and accommodated all of us. Beds were nice and comfortable. Nice fireplace and balcony. Staff were really helpful and there's a free shuttle into the village. Restaurant has good food.
They took a mandatory credit card copy for room charges when we arrived. When we were checking out I found out that they had already charged the booking credit card (the wrong one!). Also the restaurant is really expensive in comparison to other restaurants in the area which are reasonably priced with godo food too.
Not enough power outlets
Loved the staff, the servers in the resto were excellent. Wendy at front desk and Gilles at resto/bar were incredible.
The hot tub, which was a selling feature was not available the entire time we were there (4 days)
The facility is very nice, large suites that are very well equipped. Our one bedroom unit had two bathrooms to accommodate 4 people if necessary (2 in sofa bed). Internet worked flawlessly, shuttle bus to the hill was efficient and driver was friendly. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good with cereal, toast, pastries, boiled eggs, do-it-yourself waffle maker, yogurt, juice, espresso and cappuccino machine, fresh fruit etc.
Our negative points are minimal. The duvet on the bed had been washed so many times that the down had been reduced to small feather crumbs inside the duvet sections (no thickness at all). We weren't cold though since the room remained very warm. Also, the last night we had a false fire alarm which was handled very poorly by the one staff on duty at 3:30 a.m. We were outside for about 45 minutes and there was total chaos and no communication from either hotel staff or the fire department. Staff need fore evacuation training!
We had a wonderful time here overall. The staff where extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean, a perfect cozy, homey feel and even complete with a beautiful balcony and view. We will definitely be back to the chateau when we visit tremblant next time. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so pleasant and comfortable!
The fireside family room, location of hotel and set up of rooms were great. Proximity to the ski area and the valet/ shuttle necessary since the parking fills up early. The restaurant staff was amazing and the food was great. They couldn't accommodate us in the restaurant so we ordered carryout to the Fireplace room and they delivered it to us there. Bravo!
The night time front desk clerk was extremely rude and unbelievably unknowledgeable - asking for ski times, costs- she didnt know, ice skating -no idea! Murphy bed instructions clearly state "ask for housekeeping assistance- do not lower by yourself" when I asked her to send housekeeping, she threw her hands in the air and said" I am not strong enough, do it yourself." I mentioned that the sign said not to and she smirked as if I was stupid and said -" it isn't locked - do it yourself." SO RUDE! When asking about activities she not only had no clue about any nearby activities, but would not try to find out anything for us. I would not stay here again because of her alone! A family of 5 staying a 2 bedroom suite with a pull out tried to shower in the morning. Only two of the showers had hot water... completely ran out of hot water after two normal to short length showers!
