Score from 39 reviews Wonderful
The cleanliness of the room, the coffee machine, the comfort of the beds, the excellent Christmas brunch, the friendliness of the staff, and the easy access to the ski hill.
The pool area needs to be updated. It is a bit old...
Since our room was not ready, the hotel gave us a free upgrade.
Services were not up to par. (for example, half the outdoor hottubs were not working (both the hotels and the amerispa section)
the area on the mountain and surroudings.....Although we will never come back
we had lots of bees in the room coming from the fireplace and nothing was done. The restaurant as a late reservation served food prooving that there was a shortage of supplies. On the menu it was advertised as cuisses de canard and a poor and terrible piece of breast was served the vegetables were dry and inedible. It was mentionned to serve sweet potatoes and we had a tiny teaspoonful of mashed sweet potatoes ......At the terasse it was advertised to serve snacks with the drinks and nothing was served.Food very expensive and wines terribly over priced.Food was served cold I wish I get a refund on my whole expensive bill Will never come back again
Totally overpriced !
Location; it was quiet.
The sheets were dirty (although someone came and changed the bed after we mentioned it to front desk); room was small, poorly lit, some minor repairs required here and there. We have stayed in much nicer hotel for much cheaper. Overpriced.
Great food Good HD TV
Tiny pillows on a queen size bed no view outside ambient lighting filters in room from the pool area. No total darkness.
The spa baths on the terrace are great. The room was very nice, though a bit difficult to regulate temperature since on 2 floors. Also a bit noisy since it was a connecting room.
The quality of the food from the Bistro was poor, I was expecting more from a higher end hotel such as this. Only the terrace was open for the bistro, which is inconvenient when it is raining, even though it is covered.
The room was lovely and clean. The buffet breakfast was great and at a reasonable cost for a hotel. An easy drive to the village.
Too many kids Room was very dirty
Bike locker, bike hook, and ability to hose down mountain bike after riding. Hotel attached to Amerispa. Outdoor pool area and hottubs. Outdoor garden.
Wood burning fireplace - would have preferred gas. Indoor courtyard pool - very noisy and strong smell of chlorine.
Room had no balcony
facilities are a bit old
Courtoisie du personnel
Food Had to change rooms at 1 am as heating system was so noisy. Very disappointing
Loved: Hot tubs overlooking the lit mountains!
Close to ski Hill Wotherspoon shunt le
Very average restaurant (bistro) and not Much choice. Complicated Check-out.
Room was great, concierge very helpful and informational, shuttle to the ski hill was incredible. Very quaint and comfortable hotel.
We ate in both restaurants. Don't waste your time - the places in town are far superior. Our very expensive dinner at Les Quatres Canards was a huge disappointment, from the service to the food. Small portions, food arrived cold after a very long wait, wine extremely over-priced. Eating in the bar was no better - understaffed and terrible service.
Beautifully furnished room
