It was across the street from the parliment building where I had an appointment. The eco buss stopped across the park in front of the hotel The room we were given was four or five blocks from the front desk. And I've never seen a hotel with so many doors to the outside that you could not use. |

The hotel was clean, service was excellent, lobby had a welcoming atmosphere, rooms were tidy and organized, bathroom was spotless, the hotel women were beautiful. Pillows kind of uncomfortable, room furniture looked a little bit too vintage for my taste. Reminded me of my grandma's home - not a bad thing but interesting point. |

The beds were comfortable. Location is convenient with many restaurants around. The bathrooms were not quite up to 4 star standard. They were a bit small and the design didn't match the decor of the room. The water spilled on the ground after taking shower and there was no place to hang clothes, etc. Also I wish there were more space in the sink. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, good sized room. Room not serviced properly (bed not really remade), bed covers much too heavy, bed not very comfortable, very difficult to contact room service (but the meal was fine when it arrived). |

It was an upscale hotel located close to the old city of Quebec. Everything we wished to do and see was within walking distance. The Property was well maintained and well run. |

Location just at the "Plains of Abraham" close to all major city attractions. Given the price of the hotel itself, parking should be free. |

I liked the hotel staff always so polite, helpful and in good mood. I enjoyed the proximity to the old Quebec and the free bus service, almost at the door. I was delighted to find the St-Hubert restaurant on the hotel premises, it is my favorite. The hotel was impeccable and all the facilities also. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, in spite of the language difference they were very accommodating and eager to help (English speaking guests at a French speaking hotel). |

The room was small, but big enough, and clean. The hotel is well located, and the service is fine. It is a rather standard hotel with a fancy name. |
