The hotel is very poor, tired with vary worn everything. If you are staying in a gang of skiing party drinkers and want to drink and eat low quality meals and play games machines it is fine. If you want a high quality hotel in a location with plenty to do in the Summer, it is a disaster. We were luckily only there for one night so it was quiet and the sheets were clean. Nothing would get me back there at £120 per night.

We reported the shower head leaks...also note that a shower cap would have been nice to have. The coffee machine was great once you knew how to use it, but the second day there were no sugar or milk added so we had to go downstairs to get it.

We liked the location, very picturesque. The service was very good. We would stay there again. It seems very good for skiers with the kitchenettes in the room. My husband went skiing at Mont Sainte-Anne a few times in the early 1970's (from Toronto) and was happy to spend a night there again on our way to the Maritimes.. The only thing I could say would be to maybe update the rooms a bit, but really it was just fine.

The room was lovely and the wifi was great I was on a business trip in and out so it was great that way. it was quiet which is what I needed There was no access to food which was very difficult After a long day of driving it was very inconvenient to have to go out. Even more difficlult was not being able to even have access to tea outside of getting dressed and going to the convention centre when I didn't need to be there until later in the morning.Otherwise it is a beautiful place

That it was at the base of the hill with direct access to the gondola. Our room was very skinny. There was hardly enough room to walk between the end of the bed and the TV cabinet the was against the opposite wall. It was a room to sleep in with a glorified hotplate and fridge.

Le décord et la nouriture Ce que je déplore c'est que cet hotel admet les annimaux, sur notre étage il y avait plusieurs chiens et celui qui habitait à coté de nous son chien aboyiait le soir et tôt le matin ce qui nous a empêché de nous reposer. Les personnes vont à la piscine et laisse leurs chiens seul. Cet hotel devrait au moins loger les personnes avec les annimaux sur une seul étage. Pour notre part nous n'yrons plus à cet hotel

Que je n'ai pas eu à sortir de l'hôtel pour aller à mon congrès. Une passerelle était aménagée afin de ne pas avoir à s'habiller et à traîner nos effets personnels. Seule logistique à améliorer, le départ de la chambre devait s'effectuer avant 12h00 alors que le congrès se terminait à 16h30 et que notre dîner était dans la salle même et que la formation continuait. On devait quitter et manquer des informations. Sinon, ce fut parfait!

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la disponibilité de la réceptionniste qui nous a proposé quelques resto, et qui a fait la réservation par téléphone pour nous! Le resto fermé le soir de notre arrivée. J'ai fait une lessive en utilisant peu de savon mais rinçage du linge catastrophique, il y avait plein de résidus de lessive dessus....j'ai du refaire une lessive mais cette fois sans poudre....pour un résultat moyen. Par contre le séchoir est an top!

L'Accueil et la propreté, ainsi que la vue sur les montagnes. Je ne sais pas si toutes les portes de chambres étaient aussi difficile à ouvrir que la nôtre, mais nos cartes ne fonctionnaient pas très bien. Il a fallu se reprendre en plusieurs fois pour réussir à ouvrir notre porte de chambre.

Activités de plein air, montagne, spa, restautant de l'hôtel. Cordialité du personnel Beaucoup de construction autour, hôtel aurait avantage à être rénové surtout l'extérieur qui paraît usé et ne donne pas un bon premier coup d'oeil. Au niveau rapport qualité/prix le golf est dispendieux pour ce qu'il offre comme défi et entretien du terrain

Il y avait une cuisinette dans la chambre. Le décor de l hôtel (aires communes)était très bien, le repas du bistrot était bien. La chambre avait vraiment un décor désuet!!!! L air climatisé absente pendant la nuit.....de 2h à 5h environ. Peut- être s'agit-il d une économie de nuit ?

L`emplacement de l`htotel au pied des pentes de ski. La chambre a été nettoyé par le personnel de l`hotel avant que nous ayons fait le ``check out``.nous avions la chambre jusqu`à 12hrs,à notre retour du ski pour le diner qui etait dans le frigo.vers 11hrs 30,tout avais été retiré de la chambre,bouteille de rhun,bouteille de mousseux,crudités dessert et petit pain fourrés préparé par un traiteur.un très grand manque de proffessionnalisme poue un hotel de cette réputation.
