The ease of "On the Mountain" Ski In/Out; Ski Tune-up was excellent; used the spa services Very nice; Front Desk was as accomodating and helpful to the fullest extent. Absolutely loved the mountain for its challenging skiing though! I don't feel I got the room described and pictured on the web. The kitchen was dated and amenities sparse compared to mt.Tremblant lodgings and accomodations. Basic kitchen tools N/A; View of a telephone pole; room had a smoky ,old smell and no French Canadian ambiance whatsoever..very disappointing for a first timer to Mt.Sainte Anne. |

We went for a little ski holiday, my 7yr old son and ourselves. We enjoyed all the facilities including first class dining, hot-tub, pool, arcade room and lovely fireplace .. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a complete family vacation, with incredible skiing! |

The location. The surroundings were breathtaking. The facility had a theater although there were no shows. They advertised a night life-but had none-However it was a beautiful restful spot and the staff was extremely gracious. |

la proximité des pentes. lit très confortable. pas bruillant. le tourbillon génial, cuisinette, pas le grand luxe mais c`est très très bien, à 99.00 /$ bon rapport prix qualité. ma conjointe n`a pas été bien reçu à la réception, elle est revenu très en colère... |

La gentillesse du personnel et la proximité du centre de ski J'aurais aimé qu'on nous informe des rabais à la station de ski.D'autre part il est déplorable de constater que le centre de ski se détériore d'année en année |

Pomme de douche brisée. Personnel qui entre le matin en même temps qu'il cogne à la porte, sans laisser le temps de répondre (surpris ma conjointe nue dans la salle de bain). Pas d'écoute à la réception, on nous retourne la faute en disant qu'on aurait dû appeler, mettre la carte... Nous n'avons couché qu'une nuit et on pouvait rester jusqu'à midi, non ? |
