I like the cleanliness of the room. I was surprised to learn that linens are changed everyday. The staff are very polite and helpful specially in giving directions. So far the best hotel I've ever stayed. |

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us to find our way around the city and recommended an excellent restaurant. I realize that there was a bus full of tourists having breakfast before us but the breakfast room needed to have the tables wiped. There was only one server on duty and she was working really hard. |

Friendly staff (though we speak very little French). Good value for money. Adequate continental breakfast. Quiet. Okay location for a Quebec City holiday, but a bit too far out to be ideal. |

Nous étions près des gens que nous visitions, des centres commerciaux, de bons restaurants, des sites à visiter, les employés sont très accueillants et courtois, bref, tout y était idéal. De plus le rapport qualité/prix y est excellent. |
