I appreciated the location near the airport, cleanliness and the comfort. The continental breakfast was good. The hours for breakfast was great for early risers and late sleepers. Nowadays, checkout is 11 am in most hotels but yours is noon, which is great. I really enjoyed my stay even if it was only 1 night. I'm sure to return to visit Old Quebec again. The staff could have been more friendly and pleasant. A smile makes all the difference!

Location is ideal for us, as it is near all main highways and shopping areas. It is a cut above the other hotels in that category. Elevator is a plus. Breakfast area a bit restricted in space, but you can take to your room if necessary.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We arrived at 10:00 am although our check in time was not until 3:00. They held our luggage for us until our room was ready, gave us a discount for a local resturaunt, and allowed us in our room early. The room was comfortable, clea and 6 miles from the airport. They had English speaking staff 24/7. I would stay here again. We couldn't work the remote for the tv, or it was out of batteries??

Because of the price, I had somewhat low expectations but the hotel was very nice, somewhat modern, comfortable, very clean, quiet at night and the continental breakfast was a nice unexpected surprise. It was a bit far from every place we were traveling to which was worse with all the road constructions but we would still stay there again in the future.

Calm and peaceful and it was centrally located for shopping, restaurants and an Odeon Cineplex was close by. The area for the continental breakfast was small,although you could bring your meal up your room.

I liked that it was clean and the staff was very friendly. Also, it was close to the city. I did not like that there was only one elevator. Also, the breakfast could have been more noutritious. Instead of muffins should have cereal boxes and milk,

The rooms were very cute and comfortable. The overall appearance of the hotel was excellent. The location was convenient as far as restaurants and shops. There was nothing I didn't like. I thought the rooms were a little small, but for the price we paid, it was a very good value.
