Location is ideal for us, as it is near all main highways and shopping areas. It is a cut above the other hotels in that category. Elevator is a plus. Breakfast area a bit restricted in space, but you can take to your room if necessary.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We arrived at 10:00 am although our check in time was not until 3:00. They held our luggage for us until our room was ready, gave us a discount for a local resturaunt, and allowed us in our room early. The room was comfortable, clea and 6 miles from the airport. They had English speaking staff 24/7. I would stay here again. We couldn't work the remote for the tv, or it was out of batteries??

Calm and peaceful and it was centrally located for shopping, restaurants and an Odeon Cineplex was close by. The area for the continental breakfast was small,although you could bring your meal up your room.

I liked that it was clean and the staff was very friendly. Also, it was close to the city. I did not like that there was only one elevator. Also, the breakfast could have been more noutritious. Instead of muffins should have cereal boxes and milk,

depuis quelques années notre compagnie y organise nos rencontres de représentants j'aime beaucoup l'emplacement de cet hôtel. pas de perte de temps dans la circulation ni en arrivant de rivière du loup ni en repartant c'est très important air climatisé un peu bruyant oiseaux (corneilles et goélands) un peu tôt le matin mais ce n'est pas de votre faute
