The staff is helpful and patient. The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy and comfortable. Room service was limited and the timings were tight. Internet usage, either payable or we had to wait for the single computer to be used. |

Good location. Efficient response to addressing any questions or problems. And the points made under Q2. Need to mount many steps to front entrance and lack of elevator within could be a problem for some visitors (although this was not so for me personally). |

Perfect location, perfect breakfast, perfect atmosphere - something classical not so formal. Low rooms without sound protection from the floor above. A bigger room was a smokers one, and for 3 people I had to decide for the bigger. No laundry. |

Excellent ambiance. Older building with character. Excellent location. Computer available for guests. Helpful & accommodating staff. First night was in a very small room, with very noisy air conditioning, and freezing temp due to no control of air conditioning. Requested room change which was provided the next day. |

Its character, its size, and its location, in addition to the general pleasant atmosphere of the hotel itself. A load of dirty room service dishes remained stashed on the floor under a chair outside my door for two days. |

Hotel was very nice. Very friendly and courteous staff who were very helpful to us. The view from the room was not the greatest, however, the location of the hotel was very central to downtown Montreal, and within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. We were not happy with the parking arrangements. For us, the valet cost was expensive, and so we used meter parking. We followed the sign on the parking meter machine, and even woke up early to add more money. There should be a package that includes parking if needed. |

Gut gefallen. Gute Stadt-Platzierung, konfortabel. Konservative/Retro Einrichtung. Für 2 Personen gebuchte Zimmer das Doppelbett zu eng. Sonst Queensbett zu empfehlen. Besser wären 2 Betten nebeneinander für je eine Person.Spiegel im Zimmer vermisst, nur im Bad vorhanden. |

Son cachet, le calme, le très bon petit déjeuner dans une ambiance feutrée. L'hôtel est également très bien situé. Bruit des souffleries un peu trop fort dans chambre au dernier étage |
