An indoor pool, a gym and a sundeck are located on the roof at this Montréal, Québec hotel. Modern suites provide full kitchen facilities and Mcgill University is 950 meters away.

Lots of stairs.
Very professional and friendly front desk staff. Lovely breakfast room, like a european boutique hotel. Location perfect, just blocks from downtown shopping but quiet.
The location was fantastic. There was some old world charm to the facility.
There is no elevator in the building. The bed was a bit shaky. The staircase to enter the building would be a bit difficult to negotiate for the infirm. The breakfast could have used a bit more variety.
The location, the attention and the facility was exccellent.
The parking arrangements were not the best. The paking cost was a bit high. No elevator was resolved by staying on the 2nd floor but we still had to walk up from the street level to the lobby.
The staff, location, and cleanliness
The breakfast was the same everyday. Just cold food and no variety. The hotel is too pricy and it is not in a 4 star range at all.
I loved the meandering layout that links these 4 historic homes together to make one comfortable and beautiful hotel.
Good location, reasonable price.
Annoying rattle inside fireplace made sleeping difficult. Room never made up for second night.
Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient for being on a busy street.
Air conditioning didn't work...ruining nights sleep.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location hardy to Metro, museums and dining. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms.
Many stairs to some sections and no elevator. If elderly this may not be for you, but if you don't mind the steps it's a fine place to stay.
It is a charming building and location is OK. Breakfast was good.
The stuff was not customer oriented, facilities not for a 4 stars hotel.
The staff are clearly the reason for this hotel's high ratings. They went to great lengths to provide thorough and friendly service. Breakfast was fresh and adequate for a light buffet. The room was spacious and the location was very convenient to shopping, eating and museums.
The building was beautiful but in need of a facelift.
Nice place been there many times before, clean good breakfast , nice staff
I am getting to old to walk up to the top floor after a few visits around town, they should have put my Wife and I in a main floor room without being asked, will try a different Hotel next
Had to change my room three times to get air conditioning and then it was too loud. Breakfast boring after one day.
Rooms are well appointed and very clean
Front desk staff are not all that competent. Was charged $800 for a $200 room and it took multiple calls to correct.
I liked it all and will go back!
I thought the internet was a bit unstable.
Quiet at night Great breakfast
The breakfasts were very good.
The fridge was small and hardly cold. No ice machine on basement floor.
The ambience The location The character The service
Location, friendly staff , having our own corner with the 2 rooms side by side
The parking fee !
Excellent position, professional staff and good breakfast
Some walls need a new painting
The location is great, the staff is extremely helpful.
The breakfast isn't great: the fruit salad is made of canned fruits and the only protein offered is hard-boiled eggs. I was there for business and needed the business centre from time to time. For a while, the printer wasn't working properly.
Glass wineglasses and corkscrew. Fireplace Crabtree & Evelyn soaps Comfortable chairs Bay window over street - and window opens! An umbrella provided Real dishes in breakfast room - not plastic Nice old marble/tile bathroom Artwork in halls - bits of house history on walls Quality bedside lamps Keurig coffee maker
Bed comforter too heavy - a lighter option would have been nice
The room deco is very good, and the front desk is very nice to us
poor acoustic partition between corridor and room
The staff and their willingness to work with the guests.
Central Cooling/Heating system because of which we could not use the system as it was too hot on a day in April and the system was still set to provide hot air.
