The interior design was comfortable and inviting. The morning buffet breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. Our stay was enjoyable because we stayed in the suite #220. If we stayed in the upper levels, we would not like the stairs, especially because two times, our door key had to be reprogrammed. It wouldhave been inconvenient if we had to walk down the stairs again just because the key did not work. |

The staff is helpful and patient. The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy and comfortable. Room service was limited and the timings were tight. Internet usage, either payable or we had to wait for the single computer to be used. |

Good location. Efficient response to addressing any questions or problems. And the points made under Q2. Need to mount many steps to front entrance and lack of elevator within could be a problem for some visitors (although this was not so for me personally). |

Son emplacement, le sens commercial de son directeur la très mauvaise qualité du personnel, que ce soit au service du petit déjeuner (15 mn pour un mini pot de lait chaud, celui-ci n'étant même pas proposé...), à la réception o dans le personnel d'étage. |

Er moet echt iets veranderen in de ontbijtzaal, het is veeeeel te klein en te weinig vergeleken met het aantal gasten die er zijn. het was 's ochtends een 'battle for breakfast'. |

Gut gefallen. Gute Stadt-Platzierung, konfortabel. Konservative/Retro Einrichtung. Für 2 Personen gebuchte Zimmer das Doppelbett zu eng. Sonst Queensbett zu empfehlen. Besser wären 2 Betten nebeneinander für je eine Person.Spiegel im Zimmer vermisst, nur im Bad vorhanden. |
