Hotel Cheribourg  

For the resort type area it was in the rooms seemed to be a reasonable rate.

The room was very tiny. The folding door in the closet didn't work. There was 1 small bit of soap for two people for the shower and the sink. It was a very difficult place for me to use my cane as there were numerous stairs, no ramps and the car could not be pulled up anywhere near the room. This made getting luggage in very difficult. The only on- site food options were very expensive so one had to drive 5 or 6 kilometers to get something to eat. When the hotel hosts conferences, it can be very loud, noisy for other guests.

Our stay at the Hotel Cheribourg was very pleasant. It is a huge complex that still offers privacy. We thrully enjoyed our dinner, the food was fresh and very tasty.

The pathways around the hotel needs maintenance, however it did not affect the comfort of our room. The dining room setting did not reflect the type of cuisine offered. It would be preferable to have tablecloth on the tables for dinner only. Of course it did not prevent us from enjoying our superb dinner, however it is a matter of first impression.

I liked taking my breakfast outside overlooking the pond and the pool. I also enjoyed the spa. The dinner menu was formal but we did not feel like eating a lot and the chef prepared high quality small dishes for us. We also had car trouble and the staff were very helpful.

The lunch on the patio was ok, it was very hot and even with the large umbrellas I would of loved some shade. This was a bit disappointing because I would of liked to have lunch where I had breakfast.

Nous avons adoré l'accès au nombreuses installations! Parfait pour les famille avec des enfants! Un bel espace de jeu leur est aménagé. Il y a aussi des jeux pour les grands (billard, baby-foot,...) La piscine est très intéressante, sans parler du bain tourbillon. Accès facile au Centre- Ville de Magog. Beau service des employés qui s'intéressent vraiment à notre bien-être.

Tout!!!! Ca été au delà de mes attenttes!!! Mes enfants on tripper!!! Je me promet un autre week end a cet endroit c'est certain et j'ai complimenté l'hotel a tout mes amis(es)!!!!

L'accueil était excellent. Les commodités parfaites pour nos ados. Chambres très bien insonorisees et chaleureuses.

Court séjour d une nuit, mais les installations pour les enfants sont wow! Nous avons meme expliqués aux enfants que ce n est pas toujours comme cela dans les hotels c est vraiment Wow l équipements pour que les enfants puissent jouer.

Simplement les marches et la distance de la réception pour s y rendre du stationnement
