“ I loved it! I was there a few years ago for the spa. I was looking for a place with an indoor/outdoor pool to bring my daughter, as my husband is away on business. She is 11. ANyway, we loved the pond with the ducks the most!!!We spend most of our time there. The brunch was great. ”

I liked the fact that the rooms are accessible from outside, which makes means more privacy. The staff wasnt very friendly. the breakfast wasnt included in the price as I thought it would, and the price was very expensive.

I loved it! I was there a few years ago for the spa. I was looking for a place with an indoor/outdoor pool to bring my daughter, as my husband is away on business. She is 11. ANyway, we loved the pond with the ducks the most!!!We spend most of our time there. The brunch was great. We loved the petting zoo because we were able to be so close to them. Being in nature with llamas, ducks, a hot tub pool, good ffod, close to all shops, not far from beach. WHat is there to say. I guess the only thing my daughter was disappointed in was the game room and the fact that she could not go into the inflatables and the room seeing too young. But I guess it is hard to find a balance? You even had video games...so that made up for it. All in all, a great experience. Thank you

Conveniently located close to the National park, highways and, other picturesque little towns. The hotel itself was very good in all respects. We wouldn't hesitate recommending it to other people.

For the resort type area it was in the rooms seemed to be a reasonable rate. The room was very tiny. The folding door in the closet didn't work. There was 1 small bit of soap for two people for the shower and the sink. It was a very difficult place for me to use my cane as there were numerous stairs, no ramps and the car could not be pulled up anywhere near the room. This made getting luggage in very difficult. The only on- site food options were very expensive so one had to drive 5 or 6 kilometers to get something to eat. When the hotel hosts conferences, it can be very loud, noisy for other guests.

Toutes les accommodations pour enfants. Le menu pour enfants. Les aliments sont pauvres comparé au menu à la carte. Pas de repas léger en soirée.

C'est notre destination chou-chou, qu'on y aille en couple, ou avec les enfants; les soins sont incomparables et personnalisés, et nous avons fait plusieurs centres différents... les matelas sont très fermes... mais confortables quand même.

L'appartement séparé de l'hotel. Trop axé sur les enfants. Il y a de très beaux aménagement pour les jeunes et je trouve ça génial, par contre on oublie les adultes qui vont là pour relaxer..vous devriez faire une sections famille et une section adulte seulement.

Comme nous étions dans la région pour un mariage à un autre hotel, nous avons passé peu de temps et n'avons pu profiter de la piscine ou du spa. Par contre, l'endroit est intime et abordable. La chambre était petite et mal insonorisée. Nous entendions les voisins utiliser l'eau et les gens aller et venir dans le stationnement.

Chambre bien isolé avec balcon et prèes de Magog a peine 8-10min Le réceptionniste pas vite dans ces explications et la chambre en tapis,pour ce rendre a la piscine c'est un vrai labyrinthe manque d'affiches directionelles et devrait avoir des heures de piscine pour les adultes seulements comme de 21h00 a 22h00pm car sinon trop bruyant!
