rooms good size, clean, quiet, great location, great breakfast, very affordable price. You get everything you need if you are staying in TO and already have you entertainment plans made
very basic, no TV, no pool
in the city low price
furniture was a bit cheap not very comfortable beds
The breakfast was pretty good as far as quality and variety of food
The air conditioning was very old and noisy, and the bathroom needed to be updated
Location, price, included breakfast buffet, friendly staff
No wifi, only wired internet.
Bare minimum for a "hotel"
Bed bugs, filthy room
needs some repairs and repainting in spots
This hotel is also a student residence. It is an incredible bargain for downtown Toronto, within walking distance to the CN Tower and the stadiums nearby. The breakfast is certainly extensive and quite good.
There was no internet access and no tv's in the rooms.
I liked the warmth welcome of the staff. The food was good though it's western but overflowing. It is located in the heart of the city where everything in the reach --- it's so very convenient.
It seems that it hasn't been renovated since it was built. The furnitures and beddings were old as well as the room.
Breakfast was only worthwhile aspect
Very dirty. Uncomfortable smelly rooms
Location, breakfast, staff!
Modest price. Quick check in and out. Reasonable parking rates in mufti-level underground parking. The room was large.. Good breakfast. Perfect place to stay if you are budget conscious.
No TV in the room.
the breakfast and the location the staff was so nice and assistant. I will come to visit ther again for sure !!
The location was great and the breakfast buffet was large and full of good food with a wide selection of choices.
The lack of a television and no use of the wifi was the biggest problem. I will alos comment on the craziness of the elevators. They did what they want; take you up when you want down and vise versa, on the 20th floor the down button did not work.
The young man at the front desk last weekend was extremely genuine and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place.
Breakfast buffet was excellent, in fact best part of the stay.
The accommodations were really, really basic. I.e. old, not maintained or updated. We had no TV nor fridge in the room, no maid service, and had no access to the items in the playroom either, as all belong to University. Wifi wasn't available even for a cost. When booking, all this was not specified.
it was a nice place for the price
location was not bad (close to Nathan Phillips Square) and not far from Metro Station Staff was friendly Breakfast was good
washroom was (shower mouldy, stained and dirty) Couldn't open the windows so had to leave the air conditioning on which was really loud so needless to say, I didn't sleep much
Location with free lavish breakfast buffet
location price breakfast friendly people
we stayed there for 5 days and room wasn't cleaned whole time we were there had to ask for some more towels and face clothes,27th floor was closed with vending machines(ended up asked security guy and he said there are some in laundry room)
Reasonable price and good mattress
Only two plugs are available. That's not enough for two people. Elevators are under repair.
Price and location
Relaxed atmosphere, excellent breakfast choice and venue, central yet quiet location
Breakfast was amazing. The room was excellent. Perfect location for a tourist. Excellent customer service.
Nothing to say.
Cheap. Pretty clean. great location, good free breakfast
No tv in room, windows don't open. bed was old. Room was dated.
