Location, breakfast, staff!
Modest price. Quick check in and out. Reasonable parking rates in mufti-level underground parking. The room was large.. Good breakfast. Perfect place to stay if you are budget conscious.
No TV in the room.
the breakfast and the location the staff was so nice and assistant. I will come to visit ther again for sure !!
The location was great and the breakfast buffet was large and full of good food with a wide selection of choices.
The lack of a television and no use of the wifi was the biggest problem. I will alos comment on the craziness of the elevators. They did what they want; take you up when you want down and vise versa, on the 20th floor the down button did not work.
Breakfast buffet was excellent, in fact best part of the stay.
The accommodations were really, really basic. I.e. old, not maintained or updated. We had no TV nor fridge in the room, no maid service, and had no access to the items in the playroom either, as all belong to University. Wifi wasn't available even for a cost. When booking, all this was not specified.
it was a nice place for the price
location was not bad (close to Nathan Phillips Square) and not far from Metro Station Staff was friendly Breakfast was good
washroom was (shower mouldy, stained and dirty) Couldn't open the windows so had to leave the air conditioning on which was really loud so needless to say, I didn't sleep much
Location with free lavish breakfast buffet
Price and location
Relaxed atmosphere, excellent breakfast choice and venue, central yet quiet location
Breakfast was amazing. The room was excellent. Perfect location for a tourist. Excellent customer service.
Nothing to say.
Cheap. Pretty clean. great location, good free breakfast
No tv in room, windows don't open. bed was old. Room was dated.
THe room was spacious, liked the breakfast, lots of choice. Great value since I was not there a lot.
Centrally located Large, comfortable beds Hospitable staff
No WiFi Loud AC unit Not as clean as I would have liked
location very central
elevators not working during my stay
Free breakfast, location, price, parking on site.
No WiFi, showers were horrible, not that clean, no tv, no alarm clock, stiff beds, no fridge or safe. Not a hotel. Only used as a hotel during the summer. Felt like a place to stay and shower.
The air conditioner did not seem to work and there was no fresh air in the room. The price was very high for what we got. Stains in the carpet. No TV. Very difficult to sleep.
The proximity of everything
The cleanliness of the kitchen. I decide to don't let food in this place (19th floor)
The location was perfect
It needs an urgent refurb
Internet(you have to pay it no free Wi-Fi) and parking lots is expensive.
location. location. location. Breakfast.
no WiFi. the mattress.
Best location. Right in the middle of downtown, you can go everywhere from here.
The room was very old and dirty.
We could walk every where and breakfast was very good.
Bathroom floor was not clean a lot of hair behind the toilet.
The location was close to a a lot if different places. We were from out of town to see a concert and the staff were very helpful so we could find our way around. The breakfast was amazing! So many items to choose from. The rooms were clean. I would book this hotel again if I came back to Toronto!
comfortable beds good breakfast
some furniture was a bit tired looking
