It was everything ok, but not the hotel staff.... The young women on the reception, very arogant, she dosen´t answer the simple quastions like... How are you ? - ..... silence.....HORRIBLE ! |

It's location is ideal to explore the city Some of reception staff were 'detached' (however, breakfast staff very helpful and friendly); smallness of room - at back of hotel; noisy air-con; considering we booked a 'queen' room this was not a queen bed. |

Very comfortable mattress and pillows.Room spacious and bright.Helpful staff Good breakfast. Hotel let down by rather shabby lobby area.Could do with decorating to create a better first impression.Seating area was comfortable though. |

The location is perfect for visiting Vancouver. Hotel staff is very helpful. Breakfast was a positive surprise. Wifi works well. Parking very close and with easy access. The hotel enabled us to check in rather early at no extra cost. The room was very small, thus not too comfortable. I expected better value for the money (bigger room). We had to use some acrobatic skills to open the two suitcases we had. |

The location was great - close to everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and, the breakfasts were good. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. |

I can find this hotel easily and i can go famous places easily and fast. I stayed here during weekend. At saturday night, Granville St. is too noisy. I could't fall asleep untill 3 o'clock in the morning. And Granville st. looked like really dangerous. There were so many drunken people and homelesses. |

Very clean room and friendly staff The location - if the windows had been insulated I might have been able to hear all the noise from the night clubs along granville. I didn't get much sleep, but I probably should have turned on the tv to drown out the noise. I had read the reviews and knew to expect this, however. I shouldn't complain - everything else was great. |

bed very comfortable and room clean. very convenient to Yaletown and only a short walk to the shops. felt safe walking back to hotel at night in this area. breakfasts were plentifyl. surprised the room didn't have a bar fridge. the rooms need better noise attenuation - i could hear people talking in the room next to me and people walking around in the room above. |

We liked the location within walking distance of downtown shopping: Robson and Pacific Center. The mattress was very comfortable and the continental breakfast venue was exceptional. Our room was small; hard for 2 people to manuever around the bed to get into 2 large suitcases. |

The central location appealed to me; it was close to transportation from the airport and the bus depot to get me on to my next destination. I enjoyed eating in Gilligan's Pub the evening I arrived, and I appreciated the breakfast included in the room rate. I especially like the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. |

although small rooms comfortable and well supplied. Would have been nice for some kind of dresser for extended stays. Everything was fine but was displeased with the bill as there is a difference between included and charged for. I was told that the parking was included but in the end paid about $92 for four nights. This made the bill $100 higher than anticipated. |

We was able to life the bags save at the hotel till we had to go to the airport. Realy helpfull good service. Thanks The braeakfast coud be a little more differend food. |

it is in the party district.... so on Friday and Saturday nights it is noisy,the access to the parking lot is actually blocked off because of traffic blockers.. |
