Outstanding breakfast buffet located at adjoining Irish Pub. Good location for walking to informal shops/resturants nearby. Bell hop very attentive & helpful. Very good price for the location. Interior room view was of nearby low-rate lodging facility --- looked pretty junky. |

Even though the room was on the corner of two main streets it was quiet, thanks to two double glazed windows. The hotel is at walking distance to everything, including Yaletown commercial and dining district and Canada Line train for easy transfer from/to yvr. Free wifi connection in room. Nice continental breakfast Quite noisy heating/conditioning.Wifi to be improved. |

for my husband and myself it was a perfect fit -- great price for downtown Vancouver with a good location for first time travellers like ourselves. The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean -- two big pluses the rooms were a little on the small size -- perfect for the two of us and cosy but some people might have found it too small |

The continental breakfast was excellent and more than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and the jetted tub a bonus. |

Really good downtown location a few minutes walk to Robson St, comfy bed, easy check in/out, very clean room. The only thing really is that on the second night (tuesday) it was a little noisy. I think it was coming from the cellar club located below the hotel, i was on floor number 4. |

The staff were approachable, welcoming, and helpful and the room was clean at check in and at a comfortable temperature The bar downstairs was very rowdy and went early into the am- wish I had known about it before check in. |

It was very centrally located and provided a great launching point from which to access various areas in Vancouver. The room I stayed in was located next to an ice machine that made noise throughout the night. |

One of the best continental breakfasts we have had. It was great to have breakfast in a pub! We were concerned that it would be noisy, but it was one of the quietest rooms we have ever been in. Conveniently close to so much activity in the downtown core! We liked how small and intimate it all seemed. The staff were without exception very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was small, but we didn't spend a lot of time there, so no problem really. |

Liked the fact that we could enjoy a complimentary breakfast. Room was very quiet considering we were on the corner of two main streets. This was due to 2 lots of double glazed windows.Reasonable location close to train for easy transfer to YVR. Walking distance to Robson Street. Wireless internet was very poor. Some of the reception staff not overly helpful. |

Bed was comfortable Opened the curtains to find the hostel next door looked right into our room, hence had to have the curtains closed the entire stay. Wouldn't feel safe staying there as a single traveller. |

The first guy who helped me was great, a couple of others not so helpful but nice enough. Manager on day I checked out good, settled an issue with my phone bill without any fuss - as the saying goes, it's not the problem it's how you deal with it! Shame I was right above bar, made the value for money less. I would come back but only if I could stipulate second floor or above. |

close location to venue, good price, nice friendly staff, clean room, great free breakfast. beds too hard, pillows plumped up too high! made me feel like my head was on a mountain top and my body in a valley below..a hard rock valley! i think beds can be softer..but then that's me..;-)) |
