We liked the ambience of the breakfast room and the bar. The hotel was conveniently situated for our purposes. |

The included breakfast was nice. The room was much smaller and more crowded than I had expected. |

Efficient, clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast. Downstairs Irish bar was loud at night and most suitable for young 20's, Entrance to hoitel and lobby was small and relatively unattractive. |

Compared to other hotels breakfast was good. The rooms for 4 people were really small. I could hardly move in the room with other people in it. |

Comfortable bed and convenience and quality of inclusive breakfast. Also coffee available all day in foyer, The entrance from the street. The steps up make it very difficult with luggage. Also the fact that the door opens potwards onto two steps, again difficult if trying to enter with luggage. |

Staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful.Unfortunately, there was construction all around so it was quite nisey and dusty but this was out of their control. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast! |

Too noisy because of the road construction. This situation should let us known when we made the booking. Everything is fine apart from the road construction. |

Clean and comfortable king-size bed Our room overlooked a 'flop-house' and although we enjoyed king-size bed, room was rather small. They did move us to another room across the passage and above the really rowdy pub and busy main rd - very noisy! Hotel pretty grim from the outside...The so-called "luxury breakfast" in the pub downstairs - very gloomy: blue cold boiled eggs, cereal and 'make your own waffle' , nothing healthy @... |

It is in a great location to access Vancouver's tourist highlights. I was disappointed that a crib/playpen were not available and so my 11 month old daughter had to sleep on a made up bed on the floor. |

The best part of the hotel is that it has a big and clean bath tub in the room. The bed is comfortable too. There is an Irish Pub at the ground floor for some refreshment. I wish there will be a fridge in the hotel. The Wifi service can be improved. The bandwidth is unstable, it is faster to get online with the Land line. |
