Because it is an older hotel, the room wae larger than norm with an interesting shape. The king bed was very comfortable. From about 2 am to 4 am, their was much knocking at other doors along our hallway. In the morning when I complained, the parking cost was taken off the bill as compensation without any argument. |

recently renovated-looking atmosphere/interior and the location , also the people at the front desk were very kind, especially the asian guy who was working on friday shift I really didn't like the fan sound that kept on turning on and off itself- it was too loud it woke me up a couple times.... and on saturday the elevator was out so we had to carry our bags from the fifth floor all the way down to the lobby... |

The reception staff as well as the maid staff were very courteous but also very friendly and liked to joke and have a laugh and worked together as a team. They actually seemed happy in their work, which in my view is a rare occurrence today. The room was clean, the included breakfast was very good (you could make your own fresh waffles) and the location central. Value for money for this location was excellent ! |

It was a pleasant surprise to have a room with such a cheerful interior design and with a jacuzzi. The breakfast was good and the parking fee was reasonable. Overall my wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. We'll go back there. The room smelled a little damp. The street was noisy at times. |

This hotel is in a great location and is reasonably priced. If you have to be in Vancouver for a day or two and want to be downtown, you can't go wrong with this hotel. |

The room was spacious and comfortable. We like that there was a fridge even tough we didnt use it. The rate was great and the included breakfast was nice. (maybe you should get rid of some of the grain items and add a simple fruit salad. Or more fruit variety.) The first impression with the reception agent wasn't great. She wasn't very friendly and a bit abrupt. Otherwise everybody else was nice. |

good location for shopping and transit connections... staff was helpful with directions and things to do my only complaint was the noise ... i was woken up every night by either people taking outside or sirens ..maybe on the higher level floors it would be quieter . |

It was acceptable, especially considering the rate I paid, although I did have some complaints... Movie features was not functioning, nor was it corrected. Noise was excessive while trying to sleep. I did not like the noise level eminating from what I guess was HVAC ducting |

Its breakfast was very good. Its location also was very good because it was in downtown and near to shopping centres and Stanley Park. It’s good to know that there is a bus (rout No.: N10) from airport to near hotel during the night. Parking was paid. |

All staff, from the desk to maids to breakfast crew were helpful, polite & cheerful Room very well done, bed very comfortable. We have already recommended it to friends. I would have like the option of yogurt or some other non-carbohydrate offerings for breakfast. |

The staff was pleasant and friendly. Lobby was alright, but it could have been a bit better, warmer. The elevator was slow. . . took quite a while and it was very small. I know you can't chang that. |
