Very friendly reception staff. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. The breakfast room was very small that people had to queue to get in. The breakfast room hours were 6am-9am so very short time considering how many people were waiting for their breakfast, so we had to share a table with another couple. We were also told to clean up after ourselves! |

The room was cleand and beds freshly made each day. The do not disturb sign was honored when placed in the door. One of the female staff members acted like the hotel was doing us a favor by charging $9.00 per night to park and there were not enough parking spaces. When I complained, the answer was " Well, most hotels have no parking, you should be happy with our parking lot." I will not be back. |

There should be ice machines on all floors. We were on the 5th floor and had to go to the 1st floor for ice. We also had to wait forever for elevators to get to and from the ice machine.Elevators were slow.We were given coupons for the country restaurant breakfast buffet but the price on the coupon was the same as they charged. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet for 6.99 for 2 of us but then were shocked to get the bill for 32.00 because we both had coffe and juice. I will never eat at that restaurant again and wish the comfort inn staff had given us a heads up about the drink prices. If I do ever go there again, I would bring my own water as they charge for water too. we reserved a smoking room on line only to get there and not have a smoking room. |

Location was great. Very close to the Falls, restaurants and other attractions. Only the fact that the room was booked online for $139. When we got there, rooms were offered for about $44 (we saw this price at other hotels also). This is why I marked the box above "value for money" as poor. Otherwise, the inn was very nice and I would recommend it. |

I liked the fact that we were pretty much right downtown and near everything. I didn't like the cigarette holes in my bed sheets, the dust in the corners, the broken towel rack in the bathroom and the misleading ad about the view promised from our room |

Room was clean and comfortable; staff helpful They advertised continental breakfast 7-9. By 8:15, they had run out of all muffins/sweet rolls and only had sliced bread. |

Nice location in area of the waterfalls (walking distance). City view rooms are fine. Breakfast lounge was very small (waiting line to get a table) and had a very poor breakfast buffet. |

was within walking distanced of Falls The beds were uncomfortable, the temperature was too warm in the room, no sharpies containers for needle disposal. Continental breakfast was stale bread and bagels . Every question I asked the staff was ansered- we don't have that, or I don't know. No hot water for shpwer at 7am. I was on the first floor! Housekeeping held up the elevator one day just talking with the door open. How Rude is that! |

Really great location, so close to the falls. Hotel is really nice and fancy inside, good facilities and clean. Staff at the reception was rubbish and breakfast was REALLY rubbish. But it was cheap, it would have been good value for money even with no breakfast at all. In general I would recommend this hotel. |

We were very impressed with the front lobby...cleanliness and nice and bright. The staff were very friendly and they waited on us immediately when we arrived. Next time we go back to the falls, we will definitely book a room at Comfort Inn Fallsview. |

The location of the hotel is a short walk to the inclined elevator which takes you straight to the falls. (perfect) Breakfast was good, great variety for a continental breakfast. Room was spacious. Front desk staff were very helpful. Would stay with them again. Nothing bad about this hotel. |
