Bien situado,cercano cataratas. El desayuno es escaso en relacion con la calidad del hotel.Ademas la habitacion con vistas a las cataratas no tiene tal vistas. |

El lugar para desayunar es muy pequeño y tuvimos que hacer cola varios minutos para poder ingresar, siendo el horario de desayuno sólo hasta las 9 am. Adicionalmente, lo ofrecido para comer es muy pobre. |

por el precio que pagas no se puede obtener mas. Un hotel que está bien para pasar noche en Niagara. Que se llamen "Fallsview" es tremendo, lo único que se ve son los hoteles que están en "primera línea". Desde lo más alto del hotel se ve el río antes de caer y un poco de la caída, que además por la mañana el sol lo refleja todo y no se ve nada. |

Bedding and room size. No refrigerator and access to breakfast room was from outside, long walk. Not a good way to get breakfast in cold weather (need winter jacket) and end time only 9am! |

Good value for money when you want to stay at the Falls. If the weather is good and you booked a FallsView room, you have a nice view on the falls, in spite of the hotel being on the second row of hotels. |

The service was nice. We met a lovely maid who was very willing to discuss what she thought we should see. Nice pool and spa and a nice small breakfast. There were some party-goers on our floor through the night. Front desk was informed but nothing was done about them. It continued until about 1:00am. |

Fairly convenient, and inexpensive Parking was very limited when we arrived - like non-guests were taking spots from paying customers. I had to park in the next-door restaurant lot and carry bags to the room from there. |

Front desk staff are attentive and courteous. Nice Christmas tree set up. Good size bedroom. Separate sink and shower/toilet space. Unfortunately, no one answered housekeeping extension. There are no slippers or shower cap provided. |

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and informative. Rooms were kept very clean and beds were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast doesn't give much on selection. |

Clean hotel...non smoking room next door to smoking room did not smell like smoke. Hot tub was broken.poor continental breakfast.$9.00 Parking for parking lot with not enough spots. |

It is clean, convenient to fallsview shops and dining, casino etc. Staff pleasant, continental breakfast included. Pool also. Comfortable beds. since we are seniors, the price was right also. |

Having previously stayed at higher grade hotels and inn's, I found that the standards in the Comfort Inn Fallsview was superior to some which were close by. The smell from the indoor pool was overpowering in the corridor - but it did not pass into the guest rooms. |
