Hotel pulito, nuovo, camere spazione e confortevoli. Ha la piscina interna e quella esterna. A 10 minuti a piedi dalle cascate e posizionato su una via principale. La fila per la colazione la mattina alle 8 può essere lunga, perchè la sala colazioni è piccola. Il condizionatore nella nostra stanza era un pò rumoroso. |

La comodità. E' veramente ad un passo da ristoranti e cascate e soprattutto lontano dalla parte "americana"(rumorosa e super commerciale che rovina un pò la magia delle cascate) della città. Per poter scrivere Fallsview si dovrebbero vedere le cascate. In realtà si vede un pò di fiume e giusto il fumo alzato dalle cascate. Tra questo hotel e le cascate ci sono altri 2 hotel.Comunque è un problema da poco, basta uscire e fare 2 passi per raggiungerle. |

Check-in and out staff were very friendly and efficient. Didn't have contact with anyone else and didn't have any problems with anything. |

Bedding and room size. No refrigerator and access to breakfast room was from outside, long walk. Not a good way to get breakfast in cold weather (need winter jacket) and end time only 9am! |

Good value for money when you want to stay at the Falls. If the weather is good and you booked a FallsView room, you have a nice view on the falls, in spite of the hotel being on the second row of hotels. |

The service was nice. We met a lovely maid who was very willing to discuss what she thought we should see. Nice pool and spa and a nice small breakfast. There were some party-goers on our floor through the night. Front desk was informed but nothing was done about them. It continued until about 1:00am. |

Fairly convenient, and inexpensive Parking was very limited when we arrived - like non-guests were taking spots from paying customers. I had to park in the next-door restaurant lot and carry bags to the room from there. |

Front desk staff are attentive and courteous. Nice Christmas tree set up. Good size bedroom. Separate sink and shower/toilet space. Unfortunately, no one answered housekeeping extension. There are no slippers or shower cap provided. |

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and informative. Rooms were kept very clean and beds were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast doesn't give much on selection. |

Clean hotel...non smoking room next door to smoking room did not smell like smoke. Hot tub was broken.poor continental breakfast.$9.00 Parking for parking lot with not enough spots. |

It is clean, convenient to fallsview shops and dining, casino etc. Staff pleasant, continental breakfast included. Pool also. Comfortable beds. since we are seniors, the price was right also. |

Having previously stayed at higher grade hotels and inn's, I found that the standards in the Comfort Inn Fallsview was superior to some which were close by. The smell from the indoor pool was overpowering in the corridor - but it did not pass into the guest rooms. |

Close to everything. I loved the balcony - a rare luxury these days. Most hotels dont even have a window that opens.Clean,quiet perfect for a solo traveller. The breakfast area is kind of small and the food was .... well, better than kick in a stomach, I guess. But who cares about food; there are planty of restaurants everywhere. Why do they call it "continental breakfast" anyway? I stayed in many hotels all over Europe and the breakfast is more like a brunch - a real meal that is actually enjoyable. |

The room was nice and big, clean and quiet. Good coffee in the room, close to the falls. The included breakfast is very plain. The hotel consists of 2 buildings, if you are in the 2nd building you will have to go out of the building to get to the lobby or breakfast area. |

The breakfast was really not great. IN fact it was kind of a why bother. At least have peanut butter! Fresh fruit would make it better. |
