I liked the location, it was smack dab in the city which is very convenient for walking and exploring on foot. I did not like the showers, I am 5'10" and the heads were so low that i almost had to kneel down to rinse my hair. Also the pillows on the bed seemed old and stiff, could use an update.

Excellent breakfast. Location is good. Price was right. Bed was comfy. Parking on site. Literally took me 25 minutes to check in with just one person ahead of me. There is no excuse for that.

We were in Edmonton for an operation and had to stay an extra day in hotel. We asked for a quiet room. They gave us an upgraded room. It was quiet and very roomy. I would stay there again.

Staff - very friendly Central Location - Excellent downtown accessibility Very Gay-Friendly Smoking Rooms - Excellent option River Valley - Awesome running/hiking trails along river valley Beds - Too hard - like cement ... you need to change these mattresses .... I felt stiff and sore after my sleep. Bar - Very transient, loud and potentially dangerous clientele

Clean and well kept for an older hotel. Quiet. Friendly staff. Never got an actual receipt from the hotel because I paid online. Temperature control in the room was locked up so you had two choices, on or off. Fairly dated.

I didn't like that they couldn't find my reservation that I had made. They eventually found it on another computer in the hotel office.

Your staff was great they tried to help accomadate our needs quickly and efficiently. Our room has way to hot between 25-26 degrees way too warm. We were not informed upon booking that we would have a pool side room with no outside view and we could not change. This would have solved the hot room situation if we could have opened a window. Your beds are poor quality and not comfortable at all. Upon entering the room there was chips on the floor under the table from the previose occupant, and the wall paper was peeling and bubbling not eye appealing at all.

The staff is nice and helpful. Very spacious rooms, location is good especially if you intend to use the LRT which is 5 min walk. Breakfast is not bad. Breakfast starts at 7. I would prefer if it would be earlier.

Booked spa suite but because I had prepaid credit card they switched me to a basic double room... Was willing to put any $$ amount for damage deposit. It was anniversary and wanted nothing but a jacuzzi room. Horrible customer service

Great value for the room and free breakfast!!! The continental breakfast was great with a lot of variety and hot items too. A rare find these days that can save you quite a bit of $$ over the duration of your trip. Also the staff were all very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Took time to answer questions and look up bus routes on the internet for us as we did not know how to get around the city easily. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was a little uncomfortable but we got used to it. The room was clean and tidy but there were a few little cosmetic repairs needed...a "sprucing up" would be great.

Was in my old stomping grounds - lived in Edmonton years ago and felt immediately comfortable in down town big city life. Walking to any venue was comfortable. The staff were very friendly - the guests were also very friendly - met some good couples and single people at the hotel. Very affordable and very non-discriminatory as we are a mature gay couple. We heard 'gay friendly' in the advertisement and thought we'd take a chance - we were not disappointed. Smoking was an option - good for Comfort Inn and THANK YOU very much. Need's more cleanliness - room carpeting was atrocious - stained and kinda dirty.

It was convenient to where our children live. That there was a $300.00 pre-authorization put onto my creedit card without being told that this was being done. Having to call back to Comfort Inn asking why they debited my credit card for the $300.00 rather than pre-authorizing, still waiting to see if I was over charged by the $300.00. Had to speak to 2 diferent people still unable to speak to the actual manager ( not duty manager ).
