The hotel was clean and the employees helpful. Breakfast was included. Pool & hot tub were adequate for our young family. The beds were not comfortable. Window was not secure and a danger for young children. |

the front desk staff tried very hard to be helpful with my internet difficulties, going so far as to call IBM for help my internet did not work, the breakfast was lousy, the room was cold, the jacussi jets sprayed all over and the neighbourhood was dead on Sunday, and iffy at night. |

It was close to my office in downtown and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Also, that the room was cleaned every day, and the staff were ffriendly I don't quite like the breakfast and the food in their restaurant. |

Friendly, helpful staff and good access to downtown at a reasonable price. Students on a weekend bus trip were up late with loud music. |

Location The mattresses were far too hard. The breakfast had little variety and the carpets in the hallways were tired and worn. |

I was very shocked at what I got for the money i spent.(90.00 a night) My room had microwave and fridge which was a huge plus for me. The bed was comfortable- the pool, hot tub, treadmills and great staff!!! They were very helpful and friendly. Even the manager of the restaurant gave me a plate and silverware to allow me to eat in room. I was very impressed. The dockside bar had a few shady characters hanging out but I never had any trouble. I would recommend the place to others and would surely go back again. |

We stayed here before and really liked the restaurant and the central location. However the restaurant is now chinese and not as good. It still had a good buffet breakfast that was included, but not as good. |

Some of the staff were very pleasent and helpful. The house keeping for some of us was good. It was quiet, there wasnt alot people and noise. I had 2 rooms booked. The other room in which i was not taying in 406 had a huge crack all across the window an in the bathroom there was a huge wad of gum in the corner of the shower. When we made a comment about it apon checking out so that they would be aware we were not taken serious and told that us of course would be blamed for it, it was in a joking matter but to have us dismissed like that was upsetting. My room 405 had awsome house keeping as well as my friends room 407 but room 405 had the beds made only once and they just threw them on the bed. They had the bathroom garbage changed but that was it. They were disappointed with the treatment of their room knowing how ours were done everyday. Unfortunate to see. |
