Great location, everything is walking distance. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. I get the feeling that if you book on line, you get the worst of the rooms, the beds were so uncomfortable that I did not sleep at all and got out of bed with back pains. when you walked in the room, you could see just by looking at the beds that they were old and leaning on one side. Very disapointed with my choice. |

Overall, the hotel could do with a bit of an update (decor a bit dated, etc) but it was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. Loved the free internet access too. |

The house staff were very friendly and accommodating. I am aware that the power failure was not due to the hotel itself, but a result of Hurricane Bill.. However, the fact that we had very little water, were unable to flush the toilets and could not use the phone to request an escort down the very dark stairwell for the entirety of the Saturday was very inconvenient. In particular, the toilet issue was very frustrating with no alternatives offered to guests. |

I liked the convenience, the proximately to the downtown area and the ease of signing in and out. It was going through renovations which made it a little bit inconvenient. |

Location was convenient for our purposes. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. Staff were pleasant. I feel the cost of parking a vehicle there should be included in the room price & not an add-on...other city hotels do not charge. |

the bell service was very pleasant and helpful, with luggage and information. Although the person who checked us in was not very pleasant, she did find us a room and checked us in very early, as we were tired from an all nite flight. Everyone else was very pleasant. I appreciated the use of the computer and internet and printer. Hotel is on the edge of the downtown walking area, but not right in the hustle and buste, plus we could get street parking. the elevator sometimes didnt work properly and the hallway on our floor was a bit dingy. Overall, the hotel could use some sprucing up, but it was clean, comfortable and convenient, and we would consider staying there again. |

we did any feel we should have to pay for hotel parking, this should be free for people staying over-night.It makes it harder for folks like us to afford to get away for a night when all these extras are added on to the bill.Maybe its something you should think about in the future. |
