the bell service was very pleasant and helpful, with luggage and information. Although the person who checked us in was not very pleasant, she did find us a room and checked us in very early, as we were tired from an all nite flight. Everyone else was very pleasant. I appreciated the use of the computer and internet and printer. Hotel is on the edge of the downtown walking area, but not right in the hustle and buste, plus we could get street parking. the elevator sometimes didnt work properly and the hallway on our floor was a bit dingy. Overall, the hotel could use some sprucing up, but it was clean, comfortable and convenient, and we would consider staying there again. |

we did any feel we should have to pay for hotel parking,this should be free for people staying over-night.It makes it harder for folks like us to afford to get away for a night when all these extras are added on to the bill.Maybe its something you should think about in the future. |

Close to the Metro Centre We booked a smoking room and didn't get it. The A/C was broken and no window to open for fresh air, we were given a small fan and the pillows were flat and lumpy. |

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentilesse de tous le personnel et en particulier l'aide avec le stationnement de ma minibus. J'ai trouvé tous les bout de cigarettes autour de l'entrée dégeulasse et totalement inutile.Il y a des ressourcer pour corriger cela. |
