We have stayed at your hotel twice recently. Our first experience was excellent; great room, great service, clean comfortable and well kept.The hotel was suitable for walking to numerous locations. The online booking service is very good. We enjoyed the view from room 1606 also. Our second visit left us feeling we might not again go to the Clarion.The same young lady who served us the previous visit was very helpful,happy to answer all our questions.We found our room was not so well kept.We noticed items the room were in disrepair, and noted lack of upkeep.After our first visit I told a number of people about the hotel,how welcoming clean and friendly we found it. With this in mind, I made a short list of items which could use upkeep and attending to. Your staff can not fix what they don't know about. We did so to find a new staff person who response was aggressive and rude.Too bad, because it's a nice hotel |

It's proximity to downtown, the Metro and shopping. It was very easy to locate from Autoroute Ville-Marie. |

$5 parking near by. Location central. Has working kitchen with full fridge, microwave. Advertising as with pool is false (has hot tub, not pool). Outdated decor. Very hard getting more than 2 sets of dishes, towels (although clear that family of four at hotel), because cleaning staff only around 8-4 and can't get supplies/ leave message outside these hours. Hot tub out of fresh towels by 6pm each day (7 clean towels used up very quickly). |

Not good, the carpet was not clean. No parking spot, too crowded with younger people, elevator too busy, It might be good if you want to cook in your room or if you want to stay longer because of suite type. |

Close to shops and restaurants in Montreal. Comfortable beds. Our suite was a nice size for 4 people - executive suite. Parking was loads of fun - have never had this interesting of an experience getting into a parking garage. Staff provided information when we asked. Only 2 elevators - used by staff and guests sometimes had to wait a while to get a ride. |

The suite was very spacious and comfortable. Very close to the Metro, so we were very well connected to the downtown locations. One of the two elevators was broken, so it was a 15 minute wait every time we went to use it. Parking lot was full, so we had to park 3 blocks away. |

La kitchenette bien pratique car petits déjeuners hors de prix le prix et en particulier celui de tous les petits extras (petits déjeuners, parking). le wifi à faible débit ( 19 KB/s !). |

Proximité du centre-ville , D'avoir à payer $16.00 pour le stationnement considérant que le stationement fait partie intégrante de l'hôtel ( l'hôtel n'a pas eu a acheter un terrain et devoir ainsi amortir les coûts ).De plus, il est très très mal indiqué pour s'y rendre en sortant de l'hôtel . Beaucoup trop petit .Les lits sont très très inconfortables ( beaucoup trop mous ou tout simplement trop usés ). Je comprends pas que d'être au 19 ième étage et que nous entendions les gens dans la rue ( je ne parle pas des voitures ,il y avait des gens qui criaient mais tout de même c'est la première fois que cela m'arrivait d'entendre aussi clairement tout en étant au 19 ième étage.La façon dont nous avons été reçus au restaurant le dimanche matin vers 09 : 30 par l'employée . |

Le service de la reception etait vraiment bien ,accueil bien. le prix de ma reservation n'a pas ete respecte et je n'avais malheureusement la copie de confirmation du site de booking j'ai donc payé plus cher que le prix de ma reservation ,donc joindre votre copie de votre reservation dans votre valise |

Si quieres pasar varios dias en la ciudad el hotel està muy bien, ya que no es caro y tienes cocina en l'habitación. La zona aunque no lo parezaca no es muy buena, ya que és una mala zona por lo que es robos. Tuvomos una mala experiència ya que tuvimos de dejar el coche en un parking exterior ,porque no podia entrar en el del hotel porque era grande, y por la noche nos rompieron los cristales y nos robaron cosas del interior. Pedimos ayuda al hotel para llamar a la policia para hacer denuncia y no quisiron saber nada!!!! Nos quedamos sorprendidos, ya que canadà és un país tranquilo y la gente es amable pero por lo que se ve la chica que estaba en recepción no entra en este ejemplo.....Por cierto la policia fue muy amable y nos ayudó.... |

Propreté de la chambre. Relativement proche du downtown sur l'artère principale. Chambre au 21ème étage ce qui donne une vue agréable. Balcons pour toutes les chambres; chambre de grande superficie. Pas de mini-bar malgré la cuisine et le frigo (vide) Personnel de l'acceuil froid. Meubles de la chambres assez anciens |

hotel bien situé - grande chambre familiale avec kitchenette équipée (four, plaque électrique, micro-onde, réfrigérateur, ...) - bien insonorisé - petit balcon avec vue sur le mont Royal - journal déposé le matin pas de piscine mais un petit bain tourbillonant qui tourbille très peu |

la vue du 24e étage J'avais réservé une suite junior. Selon la photo, il y avait un lit et un divan lit. Après vérification, j'ai dû changer pour une suite exécutive. Je croyais avoir une belle chambre. Ça pue, c'est sale et c'est trop petit. J'avais réservé pour 4 nuits. Je ne suis même pas resté 1 nuit. J'ai payé la chambre et je suis repartie tout de suite. Stationnement souterrain ne pas y aller avec un mini-van. |
