the beds were comfortable the quality of the shampoo/bath gel was adequate easy access to the University of Laval where i was working easy public transportation into town
no hair conditioner no ice machine on my floor no dish soap in the kitchenette no clothesline although the mechanism was there
We enjoyed the pool very much The Beds were very comfortable location location location. close to everything we were looking for easy to get around
the pool didn't open until 7 am, but we were alright with that.
Balcony was great. Location very good
Lots of new renos but really old couch. Slight smell in washroom and hallways. Almost like the smell of of a fully carpeted hotel from the 90's.
Location by mall, easy to access centretown, close to aquarium
Room in the suite very small, space to walk around the bed only so could not have a cot in the room. Couch uncomfortable
We arrived almost 3 hours before our room was supposed to be ready, and within 1/2 hour we were able to get our room key! The staff were very attendant and professional and courteous.
A couple of minor things, such as a teeny bit of mold in the bathroom, and when taking a shower the water would fill up a bit in the tub.
The welcome, the kitchen and bed, the price.
Later in the stay the staff were a little disinterested. Though easy to get into town by public transport it is quite a trek. It is close to a very busy main road so there is traffic noise and once you are at the hotel there is nothing to see locally.
The hotel is nice and clean and well-located across the street from a shopping mall and a short driving distance from the train station.
pool (it rained when we were there!) Tight, but plenty parking Supermarket close by
distance, but not a drag
outside the window a lot of cigarette butts.
restaurant nearby. staff.
We liked the staff and customer service. We liked the decor, especially the lobby.
Not the best value for the money. Washroom was terribly small, you can reach the tap for the sink and the shower while sitting on toilet. Very squeaky and stuck closet door and bathroom door. Parking. Didn't like the parquet floor.
Carpet in room
facilities and staff are very good. Kitchen is functioning well and super market are not too far from the hotel.
Location is a small problem because is far from old quebec city and city centre.
Everything was wonderful I will stay in your hotel again. The restaurant had very good food, Exellent!
Good location, excellent facilities and free underground parking. Room was spacious and bed comfortable.
Smell of the pool on lobby floor.
Easy access to the down town area , restaurants and shopping mall
My stay was short to look I to negatives.in general the stay was fabulous and the drive from Montreal wax easyithrlped that the weather was ice s chilly at night .
i have stayed there before great location, easy to get to from highway, easy to get to old quebec by the bus at the door....
loved it all....
We have stayed at your hotel before. Liked the convenience being just off the bridge as well as the free parking. Convenient for our elderly Aunt from St Foy since she had easy access to the hotel herself. Loved both restaurants. All of the staff were wonderful.
The air conditioning unit was loud. Would have rather had the choice to stay on the river side so we could have just opened the slider at night. Taxi to the city proved a bit expensive. A hotel provided shuttle service for a nominal fee would have been nice.
The cleaning staff were very well.
I wasnot happy with noise of ventilation of resturant in my room and bad smell in corridor and the price of breakfast in Cosmos resturant specially the price of additional (100 ml)hot water for tea and refilling coffee.Small pool with one shower without locker was disappointed. Our room has sliding window to balcony without nets as well.
location, cleanliness, convenience to shopping
staff rudeness towards adults children
We discovered a large patch of black mold on the ceiling. It had obviously been there for some time and not cleaned. We checked in late and the lighting is poor so we did not notice this until morning, I had quite an allergic reaction. Obviously, the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned of checked. The staff addressed our concerns and refunded our night stay but it was obvious that the manager knew nothing about the danger of black mold.
Most everything in the city as far as shopping and restaurants go. We enjoy watching the tourist, she enjoys shopping. I enjoy taking pictures and eating at the Portafine Rest.
Very, very little I don't like about QC. That's why this is our 20th year of going for he birthday.
The hotel is in a good location. Only a 10 min drive to Old Quebec and the many sites. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We used the gym; the equipment is in good condition, the room is clean and there are several choices. The room was clean and having the little kitchenette was awesome. There is underground parking; a little tight to get around but great to have it for free. You need to come out of the underground and go to the right to get on a side street that will take you up to the main street so you can go left or right. Returning to the hotel from a day out requires you to pass the hotel, turn on the next street and come back around (there is a solid median which only allows you to go northeast). Like that the hotel is trying to be eco-friendly by suggesting that we use towels a few times and not change sheets every day. Went to Cora's for breakfast each day (just a 10 min walk or 5 min drive). Great value and delicious food! Also, found St. Hubert a great value and meal; Only a few blocks away.
The elevators are a little slow. The hallways (carpet/walls) could use a little updating.
