The hotel was very central, lots to see and do, the coffee shop was great for afternoon tea. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice on the buffet. They provided luxury toiletries and bath robes.

Very friendly staff. Free shuttle to-from the airport saves you 25$-30$ each way. Very nice breakfast. In major renovations after a fire. Should make for much improved accommodations later in 2013. But for now (Feb 2013), makes for so-so rooms. I was in room 310 and sound insulation with connecting room next door very poor: I could hear everything said.

Good access to local area; reasonably priced; cheerful and friendly staff; a breakfast buffet included with room Fridge was much too small and had no freezer; the room had no microwave; a little pricey for the size of the room.

The main floor along with the pub and high end restaurant. Wonderful decor. The staff were friendly and the food was local and great. The room was small and not exactly what was described on booking.com. Very disappointed. The tub and tiles in the bathroom were not very clean. A bath was not an inviting or appetizing idea. Some of the towels smelled of bleach. The cover on the bed looked like it was from the 70's. The wireless internet worked sparodically. My room was on the second floor overlooking the parking lot. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe enough to open the window. The room was warm and stuffy as a result. Next time I am Kelowna I will not be staying there.

Banquet staff were friendly, efficient and food-safe aware. The breakfast buffet staff were cheery and kept the fresh coffee coming. I thought that staff morale must be good- great team work going on.

That we were moved from a noisy, small, old room to a modern, larger, quieter room, the staff was very accommodating and understanding. Breakfast was very good. Hot tub was very small and the pool was scummy.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were updated and very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the free WiFi! We had a room to the back of the hotel which was great as far as not hearing any noise from Harvey Ave but there were a couple of ?air conditioner fans of some sort that came on intermittently and were quite noisy and easy to hear in the room (especially at night)

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet. Currently undergoing renovations so when done should be very nice inside. Not quite as close to the center of town as the hotel would have you believe... it would be a decent walk or a few minute car drive to get to the lake side/shopping/dining district. No in-room safe.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast which came with my room rate was not good. It was represented as a full buffet but included only scrambled eggs, horrible sausages, bacon and hashbrowns for hot food. It was a disappointment.

I was in Kelowna visiting friends and they were nearby. The room was so small also when I wanted to sign up for their reward program I was told because I booked through booking.com the money I spent was not eligible for points. I told them I do not want to be part of heir reward program.
