The staff were very helpful, there was a smoking room that was acceptable and the location was convienient for my purposes. There was also a shuttle that took us were we needed to go at no charge. |

Once you get to the hotel it is great. There is a problem with the environment however and the city really should address it. Late Saturday night or early Sunday morning maybe like a lot of big cities, but there is a feeling of danger from transients and inebriated or mentally unstable people wandering. I wish the windows could open. I like fresh air. |

I got confused and first went to the Sutton Suites which also is at 101 and 105 but the other variety of street and avenue. I am not sure if others have done this but it was my fault, though irritating. I had booked over the Net through kayak.com and last time I did this the service had charged me on the Net, taken my Visa and at the hotel I only had to pay for extras. I would therefore recommend a bit more clarity about both your address for us tourists- maybe with some landmarks noted about your location or something about you being only x blocks from 109 street or, on the west end of downtown or something. And I would recommend that you tell all your staff the same message about which bookings are paid for up front. |

Everything was quite good, the pool was fine and the cafe and sport/tv lounge was quite nice. I'd go back there. |

Nice big comfortable rooms located right in the middle of the city but very quiet Parking is charged at CAD12.00 per day, yet right across there is parking at half that price! |

The hotel was lovely, room big and airy, it was clean and the bathroom was great, the shower was really good and wasnt just a dribble ...The pool was a little small was still ok , big hot tub , there was also a small steam room. The lady working on the bar was exceptionally nice, very friendly and chatty.Overall a really nice stay. |

I absolutely loved the pool, steam room, and hot tub. The hours that the pool room were open was awesome, from 6:30 am to 11:00 p.m. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom |

I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite & very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel & lotion. There were 3 of us in the room & we didn't have to worry about running out. I loved all the extra amenities: the fridge, the coffee maker, the newspaper and best of all the cleanliness of the rooms & the hotel overall. I found the $12.00/day parking pricy. |

I only stayed one night but I certainly enjoy the neatness and overall appearance of the room. One suggestion, I was not able to connect my laptop to the internet because the room did not have a network cable. It didn't cross my mind to bring one but I'll be prepared next time. |

Clean room, new carpet, looked like it was recently painted, in other words, the upkeep was good. Nice touches-larger bars of soap, large shampoo etc. nice quality towels, corners of the bathroom were clean--no soil buildup Would be nice to have crisper, ironed sheets and pillowcases. |
