Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel was very spacious and clean. Good sized, comfortable rooms. I would highly recomend this hotel!

There was nothing we didn't we didn't like about our stay at the hotel.

The breakfast area was great - lots of windows and comfortable seating....and we were able to have a picnic supper there one evening:)

The room was on the small side with the bathroom immediately inside the door - with very little space to get in. Not a lot of sound proofing - could hear the plumbing from other units.

the continental breakfast needed a better balance of food variety - there was lots of carbs--but no protein provided for example boiled eggs or sausage

The decor in the fron lobby is very luxurious however it is a bit of a let down when you see your room. The location was great for shopping. The continental breakfast was fair but lacked fresh fruit and had precooked waffles that you had to divide to heat in the toaster.

The front counter staff were unprofessionally dressed and the evening staff were not very helpful when we asked for cups to have their self serve coffee. The restaurant, liquor store and spa were closed. they shouldn't be advertising them if they aren't available. the cleaning staff shouldn't be eating from the same continental breakfast, on their coffee break, as the guests.

I didn't like the poor sound insulation between rooms and I didn't like being put in a room next to 3 women who stayed up all night, literally (or what they sounded like they were doing from time to time in there). I didn't like making a reservation and watching another person walk in off the street as I checked in get a lower rate than myself. I didn't like the sound of the toilet leaking all night. I didn't like the over used bed mattress. I didn't like being so terribly disappointed by a brand I have depended on in other cities for a long time.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

The rooms need updating. Our bed was old and uncomfortable. The room temp. was difficult to control. The gym also needs updated equipment.

The hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel or at least that is what Booking.com says. The front area and reception area were at best a 3 star and the room were, in my opinion of a 2 star rating.

hotel was rated as 4 star which is questionable it was to have restaurant which it didn't and the free breakfast was limited and breakfast room was not wheelchair accessible would not stay here again

Lobby, lobby washrooms are very clean & decorated nicely. Continental breakfast area quite comfortable. Bed was soft but comfortable.

Overall it was good but the only problem was our room smelled like bad stinky feet. As it was quite late when we got back into our room to sleep, we just sprayed some perfume rather than going to the front desk to try to switch rooms, but maybe we should have.

The facility is beautiful and staff very friendly.

The very quick and easy check in was great! Had room service available and a continental breakfast in the morning. The entire hotel has recently been renovated, top to bottom! They did a beautiful job, the theme is very classy and elegant but also comfortable, each room is a little different I think and ALL roo. S are smoke free! The staff are very pleasant and there whenever you need them. I'll definitely be back!
