Staffs are very profissional, housekeeping is very clean.

Facilities are too old.

I like hotel cuz they are clean in room and comfortable bed. Friendly service ;)

Sad thing that not include breakfast with hotel so hope in the future they have to include breakfast with hotel ...

The swimming pool was okay. The bed was comfortable and soft.

no place to park, you should get an area made specificically for guest. no air conditioning in the room, but there were 2 nice (but noisy) fans. no public washroom without non scanning door because when you come in some people need to go in the washroom.

Cost, size of room, friendly staff.

Cigarette smoke in the lift and from adjoining rooms. Peppers in the breakfast potato fry.

The view from my room...the quality of the room.

It was further from downtown than I had thought with nothing in the immediate area...a rather barren location. The staff misinformed me about the times of the airport shuttle which was one of the reasons I booked there. I got in late and the next shuttle was almost an hour later. Since it was so late, I chose to take a taxi instead @ $40. My choice because of incorrect information I rec'd and fatigue.

How quiet our room was.

That you have to pay a more expensive price for the room if you wanted to leave your vehicle there (to take airport shuttle) in addition to having to pay to leave your vehicle there.

The manager was very polite and apologetic for the issues we had on our stay and with the staff. He tried his best to compensate us for our inconveniences.

1. Made us feel like second class citizens because we had a pre-paid credit card. We had used the same card at different hotels and we never had issues. 2. We made a reservation for a room with two queen beds, but when we got there, they gave it away. We had to stay with our two children in a room with a king size bed. 3. To remediate the issue of the bed, the staff offered us a cot (folding bed). However, the bed didn't arrive until approximately 11:30 p.m.

It is clean and nice.

The stale smell in the room (could not open the window) Very basic room with a tiny bathroom No one at the front desk when I checked out

The beds

They had an express to your room breakfast card that I completed left outside but was never picked up. So I went most of the day not eating.

We liked that the hotel was very quite, and that the pool was open so late so we could enjoy some dinner and shopping before relaxing in the pool. The staff was also very pleasant.

I felt like we were paying a lot for just one night - without anything being included. The wifi was terrible. We were also really disappointed that we couldn't even rent a movie for our children to watch, at $15.99 a movie there just wasn't any way! We had hoped there would be something included, like the breakfast buffet -- that we missed, as we were not informed of the times and did not seem them posted. We come to Calgary often for an over-night, but would be looking for a hotel with more perks to make our getaway adventure worth the money.

I was informed on arrival that a smoking room was 15.00 more per night. I stayed here many times before,booking straight to the hotel and through other agencies and never had this happen. Then when it came time to pay they charged me 20.00 more.

Environment was very nice and facilities including room were very good.....staff was very courteous

Generally ok. I was out most of the time. So never had time to explore.

Speedy Check in

We arrived from Airport hoping to find the shuttle there but we're told to wait 45 minutes it would be there And we had 4 little ones with us so took 3 taxis And cost us $40 each to get to hotel

Good efficient & friendly staff, they noticed check in's were backing, so they instantly added more staff to accommidate the rush.

Parking lot doors should be auto open, as your hands are usually full of luggage, minor detail.

Beds bathroom supplies

Temperature. Even shutting off the heat and turning on the fan, the room was hot. We had to sleep with the windows open.

I tried to book a room for my return trip but the price was too high

Very clean and actual glasses and mugs in the room. Plenty of pillows and bed very comfortable.

Some of the young guests were a bit noisy in the hall, would have preferred to be away from the elevator. Was scanning through the channels on tv and ran across some heavy duty Porn. I'm talking xxx not like Debbie does Dallas, shocked the daylights out of me, imagine if some young kid saw what I saw, it would have scarred them for life. If you have kids don't let them scan the channels until your sure what they have access to.

I booked because they advertised shuttle service to the airport as we had an early morning flight.We were very disappointed as those services were not availableto us, as our flight to Mexico departed at 6am and their shuttle sevices did not start till 5 A.M.Their website does not specify that those services were only available certain hours.This is false advertising and they should correct their website.

The location is nice because it is right in the middle of everything
