It was nice and quiet. I received my money's worth for the room I booked. Checking in and out was simple. The staff was polite. There were no water bottles in the room.

I enjoyed all the entertainment close by such as the casino and the woodbine shopping center because they had all the restaurants inside the store and all the rides of amusement inside. The hotel is budget friendly and affordable

The room that we had was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was also in good repair and fresh design. The shuttle service from the airport. We had to wait for over and hr for it when it was indicated that it would be there in 15 minutes.

An ok average hotel. We requested a quiet area in the hotel. At 9pm or so a whole bunch of students arrived. They were extreamly noisy and at the request of the desk clerk to their supervisor would not keep it down. He finally gave us a new room at about midnight on a different floor and then it was quiet but we were too distraught to sleep much. We had to be up at 1:30 am for our plane. We were too exhausted to enjoy the first two days of our Cuban vacation. The same thing also happened last year but it was with unruley hockey players.

Convenient location to Woodbine Racetrack and the price. It was also surprisingly quiet being so close to Pearson International Airport It's an older hotel so perhaps could do with some upgrading.

The hotel has a (small) exercise room and indoor pool, which is a plus. The shuttle service from Toronto airport was non-existent... Repeated calls to the hotel were always answered that it was '5 mins away'. After 40 mins with no shuttle I threatened to cancel and they sent me in a taxi (which the hotel paid). Breakfast 'service' wasn't, and the food was horrid. The breakfast room was thronged with kids on a school trip or similar, and on asking the waitress where I should sit she responded "Are you a walk-in?". I replied that I was a hotel guest and she said that's a "walk-in". I was treated just as shabbily as if I had just "walked in"... Overall not somewhere I would ever choose to stay again.

I appreciate the Front Desk staff who always seem very helpful. The maidservice is excellent and the ladies are friendly and cordial. I like best about Comfort Hotel Airport North is that it's not too far from my family and is close to Woodbine Shopping Centre. To rent a car in the hotel lobby is so convenient and cool. Thank you for the service you offer guests far and wide. Mrs. S Scott of Bermuda March 31 - 10th April 2012 Comfort Hotel Airport North is a great place to stay at. It's not too far from a Shopping Mall; Woodbine is a good place to shop, relax and eat. I certainly will recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Toronto.
