I like this hotel especially hot breakfast, good location, clean and tidy. The only thing is my room too close to highway which is quite noisy during night time. I would like to be back but in the other side of the hotel. :D

Great value for what is offered..Annex room, large ,clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfeast buffet, free internet , parking and close to mall, sports arena and easy access to downtown Victoria and harbour.

The hotel was in a great location for mall shopping and the downtown is also close by. The room was very quiet and had 2 big windows so it was nice and bright and they had black out curtains. The breakfast inculded in the price of the room was excellent, a full meal with fruit, cereals, muffins, danish, scrambled eggs, ham and/or bacon, a griddle to make the best waffles ever, juices, hot beverages and cold juices. The breakfast area is a quaint little restaurant. You advertise on your site that the entire hotel has wireless internet. Our room was located in a separate tower which holds the executive suites and it does not have wireless. Unfortunately, my computer would not accept the wired service so I was without internet for my stay. I was offered a room in the main building but we had just had a long day of travel, it was late and we had already unpacked and were set up for the night. Please change your advertising. The room was advertised as executive with a full bathroom and a shared toilet. This is confusing. There was only one toilet and there was no video or video games or safety deposit box which were also advertised. So I'm wondering why this is an executive room??? How could it possible differ from a standard room?

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Hotel is a bit dated but was nice. Hot tub was good but a bit noisy with the jets not working properly. Breakfast was a wonderful add on and my sister and I enjoyed our stay here and will definately go back.

Accommodating with our choice of room on the main floor, clean, hanging baskets were beautiful, breakfast muffins were excellent and good yogurt too. Will stay there again with rate sale. It was also easy to find.

We arrived very late but the night staff were brilliant, very helpful. The location was good, although it did take a bit of finding, but once we did there was no problem getting about. Nice clean area.

Der Aufenthalt im Comfort Hotel war einfach spitzenklasse. Das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtzentrum gelegen, wem aber ein 20-25minütiger Spaziergang (mit dem Taxi rund 10 CAD) nichts ausmacht, der kriegt hier ein super Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten 99 CAD + Tax fürs Zimmer bezahlt, was im Vergleich mit den anderen Hotels sehr günstig war, die waren teilweise doppel so teuer für eine Nacht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, angenehm und wir erhielten auf Wunsch sogar eine Mikrowelle. Der junge Hotelangestellte an der Reception konnte uns zudem tolle Tips bezüglich Whale Watching, Restaurants und Bars geben. Er ist unserer Meinung nach wirklich ein Mehrwert für das Hotel! Frühstück, Parking und Wifi sind im Preis inbegriffen, direkt über die Strasse ist ein Einkaufscenter, falls man noch shoppen möchte.
