The buffet breakfast is a huge bonus! Two adults and two small children we probably saved ourselves $30.00 to eat somewhere else:)

The hotel is a bit far from downtown, about 30 minutes walking.

The use of disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast is utterly shocking and not at all in line with the rest of the service. It is not only awful to eat and drink from cardboard plates and cups, but it is not environmental friendly at all! This seems to be a policy of the entire Comfort chain, and for me that is a reason not to book there any longer if they are not changing this in the near future. Water-saving shower heads should also be installed as soon as possible.

2 blocks to transportation, minutes from attractions with out being right downtown. Nice breakfast with lots of choices. Pub has great food.

I found a bug in the bathroom, but otherwise very clean .No microwave like in ad. Not a lot of choices for places to eat nearby except for a Denny's.

Rooms were large and well appointed. Front desk staff very helpful. Had a very nice surprise when they gave us breakfast vouchers.

Comfortable beds

Staff wouldn't allow us to bring our (clean) high-end mountain bikes into the room for security. We travel across the country year round with bikes, and this was our first time having a problem. Not bike friendly!

Good clean room. Quiet comfortable rooms. Great staff. Breakfast was a great value too. Definitely would recommend, def will return.

Someone set the alarm clock in the next room to 5:00am. The alarm rang for 40 min or so before we had to call someone to shut it off.

Morning breakfast buffet had good variety and was set up in style familiar to cruise ships I've been on.

Not able to locate black out curtains due to over-tiredness on first night.

The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel was very quiet and well located for our purposes.

I found out from our Visa Supplier that the Comfort Inn added a $100.00 damage deposit without notifing us. There was no damage to our room: but my concern was the hotel adding the charge without our knowledge!

The curtains do not close so we had to hang out bead spread over the window to block the large rotating tire shop sign for shining through. there are better places in town for the money.

Excellent staff... Everyone was professional and friendly. We came over from Seattle. I had booked the stay online at booking.com...we had a dog with us, and I had listed pet friendly as a requirement. Somehow booking.com hadn't informed the hotel. Your staff was able to book us a pet friendly room and rectify the problem. I really appreciated that.

The beds are too small for a couple. We stayed in room 156 in the annex building. There was a sign requesting people not to back in. I didn't mind that part. I did mind that twice when backing out in front of our hotel room, someone was turning into the parking lot and I didn't see them very well. Maybe that's just me.

The rooms were very comfortble and spotless. The staff were so pleasant from cleaning staff to Janitorial to front desk and the resturant. Stayed in a lot of hotels but this one will be ours from now on.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Great price and breakfast was perfect. Staff were very helpful as well.

I loved the beds - very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. I liked having a choice of pillows available. Bed really comfortable. The hot breakfast was good and overall the hotel was excellent value for the money. Great location.

No complaints at all, front of hotel was a bit of a renovation/construction site, and lobby entrance was a bit confusing to locate. Better temporary signs would have been helpful. Really minor inconvenience. A couple more towels would have been helpful in the room.

It was close to all amenities it was a perfect location for us.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Front entrance construction made getting in and out a little more complex for my wife, who has mobility issues.
