The staff were helpful and informed, brought extra blankets and coffee
Nothing was wrong.
Like location, breakfast
This time they put me in an older not attached building a little frightening when a woman traveling alone room older garbage around edge of bed ice machine had to go outdoors to another building bed sheets really scratchly
Upgraded us after we complained of no sleep night before due to parting.
Rude people who were staying there parties all night and kept us up. Terrible management didn't do anything that night.
The buffet was not very good.
Room was to be non smoking, but you could tell someone had been smoking in the room
Motel very new appearing. All parts seemed immaculate. Plenty of free parking. Easy entry. Moderate noise at times from street, otherwise very quiet -- location of room was near street.
Basic breakfast bar which got tiresome in that choices never varied (4 days) with pre-cooked sausage or ham just barely heated up. Did have a great toaster for bagels and very good fruit.
Clean, comfortable Freindly efficient front end staff
Ideal location for the purpose of our trip. Very comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast. The Pub for late night meal. Reasonable room rate. Would stay at this hotel again.
Nothing I can think of.
A very spacious room, great duvet blanket and large bathroom, very comfortable bed
quoted one price, when we got there and paid the bill it was much higher and no exchange rate for American money. When I got home and looked at the pending credit card bill the price had gone up another $50, but we paid cash when we checked out. I hope you didn't process that charge also
Wi fi,close to downtown
Heavy comforter Lighter blanket would be better
Room had a faint musty smell. Found the entrance to the hotel not very well marked.
Front desk staff, cleanliness of hotel and room, comfortable accommodation, nice pub with good service and good food.
Small cafe. Awkward buffet line for breakfast with very limited selection and supply of food.
I liked the comfort of the bed The nice lobby early check in privilege close to a nice mall
Customer service could have been friendlier at check in for the cost I would have prefeered a kitchen like the previous hotel I was in. A little far from downtown but I didn't mind walking too much. Did the trip several times
King size bed and pillow variety good
Not very soundproof from hallway Would have preferred drapes to close - there was some traffic noise and light from the outside neon Restaurant could use updating
This is an excellent choice for value for your dollar. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is just off of Douglas St, which is the main thoroughfare through the city... This allows easy access to the downtown as well as the harbour.
I was mildly disappointed with breakfast. The fresh fruit were only apples and a couple oranges ... bananas are always popular at breakfast. Stewed prunes are a good idea as well. The shelves looked a little bear, but perhaps the attendant was a mite slow to replenish them... All-in-all though, I managed to find plenty of sustenance to start my day.
Location and price; very good breakfast for the room price; nice sized room; have stayed here before
there was no coffee maker in the room; the hall carpets need a cleaning; why do hotel/motel rooms not provide two luggage racks? Chair at desk needs to be replaced
Distance to downtown was walkable
I had to go to the front desk from the new section of the building to get my key reset as it wouldn't work twice.
location of laundry facility Ice machine broken in our area Carpet dirty & stained in foyer area outside our room
We had left a bag on shuttle bus and receptionist made it her priority to trace it and called us when recovered, genuine concern was shown
Housekeeping did not refresh supply of shampoo etc for 2nd day of stay
Room was quiet. Breakfast was included. King sized bed with good pillows. Complimentary newspaper.
Key card system didn't work very well. Always had to make numerous attempts for entry both into the building and my room. This didn't make it very safe for a woman alone at night. The fact that I had to go outside in the weather and the dark to get to my room wasn't appreciated. There was absolutely no parking when I arrived and it was suggested I park in the mall across a very busy street at night, alone. The paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast was cheap and tacky with a $150 room.
Good clean room
Too high of a price for what you get. Breakfast less tha acceptable.
The clean comfort if the room
